"I like Canadabicycleparts because of what I see in their website is what actually I get. The price is fair compare to other online bike shops. I just hope there's one which is more nearer to my place here in Calgary so that the delivery will be more faster."

I am sorry to hear you feel this way. Per our usual order procedure, we have talked to you over the phone to validate your order and confirm the info provided at checkout. We have also been communicating with you via email - in our support portal, I see that we have emailed you to provide you with status updates on your order and to address all your questions.

As mentioned in this email, we advised you that the product you ordered (which is customized to your spec's) can take 7 to 14 business days to dispatch. This is due to the custom nature of the product - this is not a standard product, already fully assembled and ready to be shipped.

We totally understand that you'd like to receive your order as soon as possible - we would be the same if it was one of us ordering new biking gear. Therefore, in our last email to you, we mentioned to you that we would prioritize your order so that it can be dispatched as soon as possible.

"This was the first time I ordered from Canadabicycleparts. I did not know what to expect but I was attracted to shopping with them because they are Canadian and their prices were very competitive.

If my memory doesn't fail me, I had my stuff delivered to my door in 3 days.

My only constructive criticism was when I first bought my gear there is a processing time of 2-10 days and I was worried I may be waiting 10 days + shipping time. However this was not the case, processing was done in 2 days and the gear came the following day.

The gear I bought was exactly like what I was looking at on the website, no surprises.

Overall, I was very happy with the experience. I will shop with them again. "

"I ordered the Garmin Vectors from Canadabicyleparts early in the year but Garmin was having difficulty trying to get in on the market. Samuel of Canadabicyleparts kept me informed with updates of my purchase but it was pretty apparent that the " Garmin Vector " would probably be quite awhile. I looked at SRAM Quarq power meter as alternative, Samuel was very helpful with his advise with his thought of the "Look Keo " System and where it was going , SRAM Quarq and the Cyclops Power tap. I didn't know Canadabicyleparts carried the Cyclop Power products but Samuel advise to check the Cyclops webpage and he said it was a very reliable an tested product that was within my price range. I went with his advice and I am very happy with products, service and knowledge that this company has provided. They have a great webpage and tips for servicing your bike, I would highly recommend them. ***** Bill Michael , Kitchener ON"

"I have to start by saying that Samuel was awsome. His expert advice sent me in the right direction for what I needed. Excellent communication with me at all times and I also learned some things as well. I would definately recomend this company to all of my friends and there friends, friends, lol! Great company for a newbie Mountain Biker.

"very easy to find what I was looking for and purchase it. Carried several options of what I was looking for (eg: different makes, models and colors). My order made it to my residence is a timely fashion. Will order from the website again in the future :)"

"This has to be the worst service that I have ever had from an online purchase. I ordered a new Shimano Crankset on July 6th, and I assumed it was already on its' way two weeks later. So, I logged onto the website to see if there is a tracking number, only to find out that my item was still being processed two weeks after I ordered it... I tried calling to see what was going on multiple times and it always went to the machine. I left a couple messages saying that I would like to cancel my order, yet still no reply, so I even emailed them and got the same result. I had no luck getting a hold of anyone, so I went on my paypal to open a dispute and the second I hit submit on my dispute I got an email from Canada Bicycle Parts saying I was credited my money back. I looked on paypal and there was no credit to be found. So i escalated my claim and after two more days Paypal was finally able to get them to respond and I finally got my money back. It was the biggest hassle I've ever had to deal with while ordering online. I strongly suggest you buy from a different seller or website. I ordered a new Crankset from eBay for $10 cheaper than Canadian Bicycle Parts and it even came with express 2 day shipping...

PS: Your little comment at the bottom is pretty lame. You didn't even e-mail me until two days after I had tried contacting you by phone or e-mail (During your stated business hours). It took me putting a claim through on Paypal to even get your attention. So, again I will say I've never had such bad customer service. There was a huge lack in communication."

"I looked for quite a bit on the internet for a bike seat for my husband's birthday and after reading other reviews of your site I decided to order. I am very satisfied with the process and especially the delivery time. Amazing service and my husband was very happy for his gift :) I will definitely re-order."

"Absolutely terrible service. I will never order form these guys again. I purchased a part online based on a 2-10 business days delivery schedule. AFTER PURCHASE was informed by email the part was not in stock and would not be available for some weeks. A full month later and the part has not arrived. I have been emailing, telephoning and left a voicemail messaage and have had zero response. My part has not yet been shipped and I have no idea when it will be. I have never experienced such unprofessional customer service and will NEVER buy anything from this company again. Right now I still have no idea when my part will be shipped and cannot get anyone from customer service on the phone or to respond my email. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!

Your response below is not correct with respect to keeping me up to date. The new shipment date had long passed and I received no communications from you regarding the status of delivery. It was only after I repeatedly attempted to contact you did you respond to tell me you had no idea when, or even if at all, the part would be shipped. Good customer service only reveals itself when something goes wrong. "

We always do our best to provide all our customers with the best possible service, and to that end, as mentioned to you in our email conversations, we'd love to make it right for you.

As discussed, the 2012 model part you had ordered was actually not even released for sale yet by the manufacturer in Canada (we had indeed marked it as available within 10 days by mistake :s ). We really wish we could get parts ahead of launch time, but we can't. However we always accept pre-orders and within 24 hours of your order we did provide you with the estimated date of arrival (as provided be the manufacturer).

We exchanged multiple emails back and forth with you to keep you up to date on your order. Unfortunately, the *estimated* delivery date provided by the manufacturer was delayed (for reasons out of our control), and we offered to ship this part Next Day for free to your door as soon as the manufacturer would start shipping.

Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you, and invite you to get in touch with us for future orders.”
