I am sorry to hear you feel this way. Per our usual order procedure, we have talked to you over the phone to validate your order and confirm the info provided at checkout. We have also been communicating with you via email - in our support portal, I see that we have emailed you to provide you with status updates on your order and to address all your questions.
As mentioned in this email, we advised you that the product you ordered (which is customized to your spec's) can take 7 to 14 business days to dispatch. This is due to the custom nature of the product - this is not a standard product, already fully assembled and ready to be shipped.
We totally understand that you'd like to receive your order as soon as possible - we would be the same if it was one of us ordering new biking gear. Therefore, in our last email to you, we mentioned to you that we would prioritize your order so that it can be dispatched as soon as possible.
I am hoping that this clarifies things regarding your order, and that your dissatisfaction is simply due to a misunderstanding. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other questions; we will of course keep you up to date with the status of your order.

We always do our best to provide all our customers with the best possible service, and to that end, as mentioned to you in our email conversations, we'd love to make it right for you.
As discussed, the 2012 model part you had ordered was actually not even released for sale yet by the manufacturer in Canada (we had indeed marked it as available within 10 days by mistake :s ). We really wish we could get parts ahead of launch time, but we can't. However we always accept pre-orders and within 24 hours of your order we did provide you with the estimated date of arrival (as provided be the manufacturer).
We exchanged multiple emails back and forth with you to keep you up to date on your order. Unfortunately, the *estimated* delivery date provided by the manufacturer was delayed (for reasons out of our control), and we offered to ship this part Next Day for free to your door as soon as the manufacturer would start shipping.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you, and invite you to get in touch with us for future orders.”
"I like Canadabicycleparts because of what I see in their website is what actually I get. The price is fair compare to other online bike shops. I just hope there's one which is more nearer to my place here in Calgary so that the delivery will be more faster."
