"placed order 1/31, called back 5 min. later to say i'd made a mistake--politely told: too bad. said i can return, offered to expedite shipping. but he'd said that when i ordered and i said yes both times--yet shipping not expedited; delivery scheduled 2/5, the usual 4-7 days.

asked why photos differ from current product photos; hope i'm not in trouble there, too, with expiration dates: bought a lot.

site says returns must be within a mere 20 days of date of invoice, not from time of receipt, at my expense, after i call to get rma. then, if they get package/are happy, they refund minus shipping charges. but shipping was 'free' because i spent $49+. ?! so i get something i don't want and have to pay to ship it back, then pay again to have had it shipped? good grief.

i order a lot online from similar companies, never encountered policies like these. not happy having spent $80+."

"This was the first time (and not the last) I've ordered from CAMFormulas. First of all, they have some pretty esoteric stuff, which I appreciated, and then their prices are excellent. I received my order immediately, so all in all, I'm delighted with CAM. "

"Awesome service. I placed my order on the 5th of November. On November 7th,2012 UPS was knocking on my door with my package unexpected may I add. I had select the free 4-7 business day shipping. Awesome service. Now and days you can't find companies that believe in Great Customer Service. I would use this company for my orders and the price you can't beat. I looked and looked compairing price. CAMFormulas was very well price not out to hurt the customers wallet in this tough time. "
