reply posted May-22-2013 “We appreciate your taking the time to review the transaction. We apologize for any delay experienced in receiving the package. In reviewing the details of the transaction it appears the order was placed on 5/11/13 with standard shipping to an address in France. Although we typically have a 2 business day processing time, the package was in fact shipped early on Monday as opposed to Tuesday. The order was shipped via USPS Express Mail International and the tracking number was forwarded to you via email. The package was received and released by customs on 5/16 but then Chronopost held the parcel for further investigation according to their tracking details. With the package having reached customs within 3 days, this is within the advertised 3-5 business days we indicate it normally takes. However given the fact the package must be cleared by customs, we do not guarantee the delivery date of any international parcel. We thank you for your understanding.”

In verifying the payment details it does appear that you had selected to pay with an international credit card for an order which was being shipped domestically within the United States. Without the ability to verify international credit cards we would be unable to accommodate such a shipping request. We verify both the billing and shipping addresses for all payment received to confirm the validity of the sale. We do this for the protection of the company and the cardholder alike. We did provide alternative payment options to you but you ultimately requested to cancel the order.”
