“Thank you for your recent correspondence. We had in fact corresponded with you this morning when you notified us of the problem being experienced with the camera unit. You had indicated that the camera was functioning fine and took pictures, were able to review pictures, etc. You had mentioned that the issue was when you were downloading the images to Photoshop. We had advised you to contact Nikon USA for technical assistance as the unit may require a firmware upgrade for compatibility with your current system. You subsequently indicated you were having a problem with the memory card “ejection” from the memory card holder. You mentioned that the spring release was not functioning properly. We tried to explain that the unit does have a “catch” inside of it that Nikon built in so the card must be pulled from the holder; they did this so cards would not just fall out. You stated you did not feel this was the case so we advised that the unit may be returned for an inspection.”
