Very happy with the experience. Website is clear about cost of lens, insurance, and shipping. Great selection of lenses and other equipment. Had confirmation of lens availability within 6 hours of my request. Lens showed up on time (actually a day early). Great packing, including a hard plastic (indestructible) case. UV filter on lens + lens hood. Lens looked brand new, worked great. Return was easy with included shipping sticker. Reminder email came a few days before return required. Nice confirmation email when the lens was delivered to them. Will definitely use Camera lens Rentals again. Probably more convenient than using my local camera shop for rental, and a bit cheaper. First, it is almost impossible to find Pentax lenses for rent. I can't thank Barry and Ilene enough for providing this service. And then, somehow all my lucky stars were aligned, because not only do they provide a needed service, but they actually care about their customers, and they go out of their way to make every transaction a good experience.  
 
Their communication is very good, and when they say that they will do something, you can rest assured that it will be done.

I'd just like to say I wish all businesses conducted business like Camera Lens Rentals. very prompt service lens arrived on time and the packing was outstanding, lens came with filter, lens hood, and lens pouch. Return was painless just repack and place shipping tag and bring to Fedex. I will deal with these folks again you can bet. This is also a very good way to try out a lens before you buy one. Wonderful company to deal with, honest, timely and quick to respond. Equipment rented arrived on time in very protective case, many extras accompanied shipment ie lens hood, lens case, filter. Easy return policy and notification the shipment arrived back at Camera Lens Rental. I have recommended the company to many of my camera friends, I will rent again!!!!

I had a great experience with this service. Excellent communication, from letting me know that a lens I had reserved was available, to shipping information. Shipping is easy. They included the step-by-step instruction on how to ship it back. Just drop it on a local kinko's or FedEx. Oh, and the lens was in almost brand new condition. I really satisfied with the service and will be back doing business with them.

Extremely convenient! Way more convenient than finding a rental place and driving there! For a fixed, low price you get the package, at the end all you need is some tape - returning shipping label is already there! I will definitely choose them again when I need some good lenses! They could have a bit more choices for Canon, though :-)

Can not say enough good things about Barry. They ordered a brand new lens to meet my rental needs. Prompt responses to questions, fast shipping and the best rates I found.
