"First thing is their prices are very good, the website order process was very good and delivery time was what I was told to expect. My order status on their website did say I needed to call to verify the order and when I did they tried to sell me memory cards and additional batteries. The salesperson was just fine but slightly pushy and was a little put off when I told him I did not want the extras at this time. I would rate the overall purchase experience as Very Good and would purchase from them again."

Update: Wow, Camera Kings shipped me a new, larger case free of charge! That's some great customer service!"

"Ordered a Canon 7d from them. Got the expected call to confirm, tried to sell me other stuff some of which I bought after renegotiating the price. On the web site availability "ships in 1 or 2 days" no they tell me back ordered won't be in for 3 weeks. I will not buy from them again, can't believe anything they tell you. The first time i called them customer service said they would ship on Fri. the 27th. Now they tell me 3 weeks maybe.
12/1/09 Got a call from Brian from C/S stating that a shipment came in from Canon Monday night and my camera would be shipped Tue, he upgraded my shipment to overnight and sent me the UPS tracking number. That C/S in my mind was VERY good and for that reason I would buy from them again"

"Just purchased a Sony HDR-XR200 camcorder and paid for the expedited delivery. The camera was delivered the next day. Excellent. A caution to first time buyers, the company wants you to call in to speak with a sales person who will try to add on things you might need which is fine but, the prices for the add on items are pretty high. If you find an item you like, they do have good prices and they did not switch and bait. Just be careful of the add ons. I also had to call customer service because the free accessory kit was not included. I received a return call and all issues were promptly correctly. I get the feeling they are really trying to make customers happy. I will by from King Camera again."
