"I ordered online with these folks and within an hour I had an e-mail stating that everything was in stock and it would be shipped that day. It was and I had a tracking number right away on their easy to use web site. My order then arrived early but one of the rolls of film had passed the expiration date on it. I called them and they rush delivered a new roll out to me right away. Great customer service!!!"

Tracking was easy (UPS for me). Everything was packed well, and arrived in perfect condition.
Oh, for those who insist on finding a negative, they did mis-spell my first name on the invoice!!! But, after a quick phone call, even that was corrected....

This was 1700 EDT, item was on my front porch at 1030 the next morning. Highest marks."
