Sorry... I messed up - not only did I order the Mossberg stock, but I just found out that I can't mount the MBUS front sight to a gas-block style arrangement. I would please like to cancel my entire order. Please advise. Do I just write "RETURN TO SENDER" when the package arrives or do I have to go through an RMA process? Please accept my sincerest apologies, I plan on ordering more things from your site in the future and I will be much more careful and do more research before buying things willy-nilly. Thank you for your time.

This customer was allowed to return the three products he ordered from us per the terms of our 30 Day Return Policy as stated on our site as of June of 2012. This customer was issued an RMA# to make his return. The customer made his return via USPS. On 6/26/2012 the customer received a $118.21 credit back to his Visa card. The customer was charged a 10% restocking fee for his return. The original UPS 3 Day Select shipping, insurance and handling is non-refundable, as the services were provided by our Warehouse and by UPS.”

Tapco MAG6620 Intrafuse Detachable 20 Rounds SKS Magazine - Dark Earth
Tapco STK66169 DARKEARTH SKS Stock System - Railed - Dark Earth
Apparently this customer didn't review the product pages closely, he didn't review what he'd placed in his cart and didn't receive his order confirmation email after he placed his order with us online. And he also never contact us directly before posting this review. We processed his order as it was received. We do offer a 30 day return policy if he'd like to return the Dark Earth products he ordered, and place a new order for the items in black finish.
As for why we require a signature at time of delivery for every order; All of the major credit card companies required signed proof of delivery if the card holder were to file a chargeback. Signed proof of delivery is the first line of defense against credit card fraud.”
"If you do not have an issue, you should have a good transaction.
If anything goes wrong WATCH OUT! As of May 2013 still no Phone number listed on their site to call and talk to a human. There are whole forum threads dedicated to bad experiences with this company and their attitude. No one is perfect and mistakes will happen but its the attitude of this company that pisses off dissatisfied customers on these forums.
You must be home to get your products! If you do not have someone waiting for the delivery, you are trucking it to the post office to pick it up. Have fun with that if you work the same hours as the post office. Read the order form or product listing. Somewhere it will say signature confirmation required, even if it suggests its included in the shipping fee, or its worded like its optional; NO, this policy is mandatory! Huge inconvenience when the rest of the world just delivers to your mailbox when you are not home.
They must have been burned bad in the past I suppose. But why do I have to pay for that burn? I voiced my dissatisfaction with this policy and said I would write a review, he then threatened "defamation"! Dang, when did a company who's business relied on the 2nd amendment hate those that exercised the 1st.
For bad reviews here, he always has a cut and pasted response fished out of customer correspondence that makes him look good, while leaving out the correspondence where he is threatening and being an ass to his customers. Let see what he responds here...."
