"Great Experience
Bought a Thinkpad T60 for about $400 off Lenovo's price and $100 cheaper than any other reseller.
Ordered it Monday and got it Wednesday even with the free ground shipping. It is in perfect condition.
Will buy from here again when the need arises.

"Like others here, I was a little skeptical about the polarized reviews. But since the price difference between California Computers was nearly $175 less for the Toshiba labtop I was purchasing for my wife, I thought it worth the risk. Wow. I placed the order on Saturday and it arrived, via free shipping, the next Tuesday. The company called to verify my card and address for security purposes. It was a remarkably smooth and ridiculously swift transaction. All I can say is that I would purchase from these people again in a heartbeat. "

"I was looking at the sites that have my item in stock. Then I found this site. First I thought again it is something like broadway photo. But I took the risk because I needed it so quickly and so badly. I talked to Robert at ext 101. He arranged the shipping on the same day and watched my item and as I am writing this review I have got it in my hand. Fastest shipping I have seen. And it was free ground shipping! "

"I ordered warranty support for a SonicWall firewall. I chose ground shipping as it was $0. The other shipping amounts seemed extravagant, but I didn't need it faster than the promised 1 to 7 business days. I actually received the activation keys in the evening of the following day. All of this for 15% - 30% less than other sites. Very good experience."

"Not so great reviews. I needed some toner for my printer, but figured I give CCC a try as they were much cheaper than competition. Order was shiped following day and I received two days later. Product as advertised, no complaints."

"Pretty fair price considering shipping was included, which is great. Received the order promptly, in good shape. Had to use customer service via phone, which was a bit long but not bad - on hold a short time, and the first person I spoke with was direct, a little rushed but answered all my concerns."

"I was just about to join the frey in damning California Computer Center, when FedEx walked in and delivered my product right on time, just as promised by CCC. They absolutely came through!

It was beginning to look and smell like some of the other situations listed here. My card was immediately charged, there was no update beyond that fact on my "order status", and no shipping confirmation.

I had ordered product which NEEDS to be installed today, with both my staff and my customer's staff in place and waiting to do so.

I had ordered delivery with expedited 2-day shipping, was told the product was being shipped directly from the manufacturer's warehouse. And... today is BLACK FRIDAY (Thanksgiving). While waiting for a truck I was beginning to believe wasn't coming, I read the other reviews here and became very much convinced our effort was doomed.

And then, moments ago, our network switch arrived. Right product, right day, right time.

I'm sorry (NOT) to not fit in with the other situations depicted here, and believe me, I was ready and expecting to join those ranks.

There it is folks: A picture perfect performance in spite of possibly adverse shipping and fulfillment challenges. Our customer is happy and we are happy for it.

Oh, and YES, California Computer Center was also the best price we found for this product. "

"I've had no significant problem with my order, or with this company. Communication could be a little quicker, a little more informative, but in spite of the Thanksgiving holiday, I received my order in 10 days as promised."
