I ordered a SonicWALL with bundle at an unbelievable price! My IT consultant nor eSecurityToGo could match it!!! I had to do my own research so it took me a little more time but it was well worth the price! It shipped on time and will buy from them again. I worked with Nick and he was great to work with!

Not so great reviews. I needed some toner for my printer, but figured I give CCC a try as they were much cheaper than competition. Order was shiped following day and I received two days later. Product as advertised, no complaints.

Possible misuse of BBB Seal on their web page. Do not follow common business standards. Confirmed the order and then cancelled the order because they don't accept non-US/Canada credit cards. That information is missing on their web site. They don't pay the service needed for the clearing house to check international credit cards.

I ordered for msi u100-279 white and my credit card was charged the following day without a tracking number. After several calls and emails they kept telling me they're looking into it. Yesterday, i spoke to John at ext207 and he said the manager took care of it and the unit was sent that day from an Indiana warehouse. Still no tracking number. Today, exactly a week from when i ordered it, i tried to contact them because i still do not have a tracking number. Perplexed and frustrated and disappointed to false assurances, i called them and left a message to cancel my order. This is my first time to order from this company and never will i order from them again i please avoid this company. This company is bad.

Great deals but ridiculous restocking fee charges. My purchase was over $1000 for two Planar PT15 black touch screen monitors, what I received was dark purple monitors which is misleading form of advertisement in their website and manufacture label. After several calls they cut the charge by half but still to high for unused seal package. Anyway, be aware!

This company writes their own reviews. All the negative reviews are true. They misrepresent their inventory & don't provide tracking numbers. I ordered equipment 12 days, 8 business days ago & still haven't received the equipment or tracking number. Don't get caught by the low prices, it's not worth the headache!!!

I purchased a Sony Vaio from California Computer on December 5, 2008. From the first day I received it the computer had blue screens of death. They were very friendly and suggested I ship the computer back to them, at my expense. This back and forth shipping occurred 3 times, always with the computer supposedly working well in California Computer's office but not in my office. I refused to take back the computer, but they refused to give me my money back. Discover card sided with the, of course. Sony also insists there is nothing wrong with the computer. I am out a fair amount of cash and have no computer 5 months later. I believe that they sold me somoone else's return and passed it off as new. The computer is a lemon, and I feel like I have exhauseted all my remedies and energy, not to mention quite a bit of money. I will never purchase any Sony product again, and it goes without saying that anyone who purchases anything from California Computer after reading this posting has been forewarned.

Just letting people know that I ordered a monitor and received monitor in a timely manner.
Monitor works and I am very happy with the price and shipping charges.
I would buy from this company again

I ordered warranty support for a SonicWall firewall. I chose ground shipping as it was $0. The other shipping amounts seemed extravagant, but I didn't need it faster than the promised 1 to 7 business days. I actually received the activation keys in the evening of the following day. All of this for 15% - 30% less than other sites. Very good experience.

I was looking at the sites that have my item in stock. Then I found this site. First I thought again it is something like broadway photo. But I took the risk because I needed it so quickly and so badly. I talked to Robert at ext 101. He arranged the shipping on the same day and watched my item and as I am writing this review I have got it in my hand. Fastest shipping I have seen. And it was free ground shipping!

I was very disappointed with these guys.
They sent me a opend item(Canon 40d, 28-135mm lens kit)claiming it brand new.
When I checked it to the Canon USA with item serial number, one of Canon representer says, he CANNOT verify this item's Authencity.
Because he cannot find this serial number.
They didn't took it back.
NEVER, NEVER buy this guys items!!
IF you buy, YOU WILL regret as soon as you get items.

They were very nice when they called and the order did ship quickly. I received the computer, plugged it in, and never made it through the setup process. After several calls to Acer and many hours, we found the harddrive was bad. By bad I mean that so many sectors are bad on it that you can't format, restore, or even get diagnostics to run. I sent an email for an RMA two days ago but haven't heard back - mostly because they don't answer calls or emails on the weekend. Hopefully they will resend a good unit ASAP or issue a refund, after all, they sent me a defective machine.

Like others here, I was a little skeptical about the polarized reviews. But since the price difference between California Computers was nearly $175 less for the Toshiba labtop I was purchasing for my wife, I thought it worth the risk. Wow. I placed the order on Saturday and it arrived, via free shipping, the next Tuesday. The company called to verify my card and address for security purposes. It was a remarkably smooth and ridiculously swift transaction. All I can say is that I would purchase from these people again in a heartbeat.

I haven't never had such a rude costumer service like this website. The way they talk to you like sh*t. They don't care. I saw the price in the website is cheaper than others place about $400. But when I place my order. They send me a confirmation email with a different price. I call and ask them, they tell me they can change the price to whatever they want. I really don't know what kind of costumer service is that. I ask them to cancel my order. They tell me I will be charged 15% "bank fee". I never hurt about this before. I ask them did they delivery my order yet. They tell me to email them, then the guy hang up on me. Do not try to order from this website.
