"Tbh I thought the whole thing was cheap with a discount. I was wrong - It charged me USD when I'm paying with NZD. It came out twice as much when I saw it in my PayPal.

Also I don't get why they charged me USD when the shipment address was from Australia. They could've used AUD :/

Other than that, the shipment was fast and the shirt was perfect fit, but the material used gets dirty easy.

So my rating is in the middle :)

"I received a shirt as a gift from my brother, it was the wrong size. I let them know that I still had it in new condition, and would gladly ship it back to them to exchange for a correct size, but instead, Janet let me know that she had just sent out a replacement shirt, and I would not even need to return the wrong size. I'm very impressed with this customer service they've provided and know that they are willing to do what it takes to make it right for the customer. I'll definitely shop with Cafe Press again. "

NEVER SHOP FROM CAFEPRESS !! (They have poor reviews for a reason!)

I created an original image as a parody of Game of Thrones "Mother of Dragons". My shirt design said "Mother of Huskies" with a picture of a husky. This is completely a new image and allowed under Fair Use and Parody Laws. This shirt was made for my private use, and a 1 time print.

Well I ordered the shirt for my wife. The sizing was completely wrong, and extremely baggy. The placement of the design was too far down and the quality of the print was horrific. I created a very simplistic design (very large for good quality) and it was printed blurry and there was so much fabric showing through the print, not solid light grey print as it should be. It looked very crackled and cheaply produced. The printing should never in a million years look this bad for a design that only uses 1 solid color. I have had shirts with complex designs made from redbubble.com and they turned out great so I know how a shirt should print.

SO I go to get a replacement shirt, and we had no issues up unto this point. They said an replacement would be sent and I would not need to ship the other shirt back, I was free to keep it.

Well then an hour later I get an email from their content police saying they took down my image, put a stop to my replacement order and treated me like a criminal. It became very one sided, they had zero interest in reviewing my image and simply said it infringes on Game of Thrones... right lol, because they own the Intellectual Property to a shirt that says Mother of Huskies with a picture of a husky.. (I think it is VERY strange how my design was ok for 3 weeks, then all of a sudden when I have an issue with their product, THEN and only then my image is problematic and my replacement was canceled.. odd don't you think?)

They refused to give me any idea of if my design would be no longer suspended and refused to send a replacement. Then declared the only way I would get a refund is to ship the other shirt back and pay for shipping. I was told this after having been told keep the shirt. I'm sorry but I'm not sending a shirt back that they fucked up and waste more of my time.

If you want your design taken down for ambiguous reasons and your desire to be treated like scum, then by all means shop CafePress. They need to stick to making fucking shirts and stop pretending to practice law. They clearly do not know our rights under fair use and parody laws.

I should have just stuck with ordering from RedBubble. The customer service at CafePress is an absolute nightmare, I decided to resolve the refunding through my credit card company, as I am tired of the one sided bullying by CafePress..

Poor printing

"The ball cap I ordered was of decent quality which is why I gave 2 stars rating otherwise, it would have been one star because the printing was very poor. You cannot tell that the car design is supposed to be a Karmann Ghia and the lettering is so light one has to look hard to read it! If this is the quality of your printing, I will not be a repeat customer. I am going to keep the caps and have already used a permanent marker to trace the words Karmann Ghia on them. For the price, I should have gotten a much better quality printing."

Never Again!

"Worked with them by phone and email to use an image. Once approved I received confirmation that all was well. Several days later I go to check the order status - CANCELLED.

I jumped through several of their legal hoops to use our national logo only to have the final product cancelled with no notification.

I will never use CafePress again and hope this saves someone else the hassle.

"I read the product description incorrectly and my order was not what I wanted. I called the number on my receipt, and the call was answered by an actual person who immediately fixed it. Love them. Good quality and great customer service. "

"I had ordered a Yosemite National Park Christmas Ornament from CafePress and was devastated when I opened the bag to find it arrived broken. I am not sure what happened, perhaps it was the mailman who throws things at our doorstep. Whatever the case, I emailed CafePress right away and they responded within hours and within 4 days a brand new one had arrived on my doorstep. I was very touched by the CafePress Teams quick response. Thank you! "

"I ordered multiple items for Xmas well in enough time. I selected standard shipping. After checkout, I noticed that I was charged the budget shipping fee, and expected arrival after Xmas. I contacted the company. I said that I wanted to cancel the order if it was not going to arrive by Xmas. I got a response that the problem is a bug in their website. They promised to escalate to standard shipping to arrive for Xmas. Well it did NOT. it arrived the day after. Well my kids are already gone back to school and scattered around the country. I sent another email to the company. I want to return the items for a refund. I expect them to pay shipping costs to return. Still no response from them. I would never do business with this company again. I intend to post this review on as many websites as possible. "

"Low quality mug. Extremely overpriced at £8.

Extremely poor value for money especially with plainfully slow delivery times to the UK.

I ordered a mug as a secret Santa gift and it arrived on the day of the gift exchange which inconvenienced me greatly.

Completely dissatisfied with Cafe Press, would not recommend to anyone.

"I purchased a thermos food container. I chose a design that appeared vivid and clear online. When it arrived, the design printed on the container was so faint you could barely see it on the stainless steel. I called Customer Service and she told me to keep the container (despite my protests that I did not want it) and offered to order another one. I decided to pick a new design that may appear darker on the container. This time, a "cartoon" elephant with the words "I elephants". It just arrived and the design is only slightly better than the first one. Ugg. Was suppose to be a Christmas gift for my daughter. It looks terrible so I will not be giving her this item. Not sure what to do with the 2 food containers...."

"I have ordered Christmas gifts from cafepress for the past 2 years and both times had problems with shipping. I thought that since I live in Hawaii it might take a little longer so this year I ordered 2 mugs on BLACK FRIDAY and today December 17th, I have yet to get it!!! I just tracked it and now it says expected delivery date is 12/21/15 when it should have been 12/10/15 (according to my order). NEVER AGAIN!! I've called them to complain and got no where, very poor customer service!!! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FORM THEM UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO WAIT 1 MONTH TO GET IT!!! HORIBLE!!! "

"If you plan to buy a gift, then try another place. It takes FOREVER for them to deliver the packages
even with the premium shipping. Very disappointed! I ordered a gift almost a week ago and I have not yet received an email regarding the shipment of the package. What is the point of the premium shipping then?!

"I was a little nervous buying on line and from a place that seemed to have some ups and downs in the quality area. Well, I bought a Marine Corps shower curtain for my son, and it is absolutely beautiful. I honestly think that it looks 10 times better in person than it did online. I am completely satisfied. I ordered it only a few days ago, and I had it delivered to my doorstep today. The colors and contrast within this shower curtain leave me speechless. My Marine Corp graduate is going to love his new bathroom when he returns home. Thank you. "

"I purchased several hundred dollars worth of tshirts to give as gifts last holiday season. While I like their unique designs the quality is the worst I have ever seen. The design decal on EVERY single shirt started cracking and peeling after just one washing! I have ordered from many other sites ($6 shirts, ThinkGeek etc.) The shirts go into the same wash and one year later the shitrst from these other (cheaper) sites are still holding up beautifully. Customer service at Cafe Press refused to acknowledge the problem or give me a refund because I was out of the return period. I had done early shopping (in September) but held the shirts for Christmas. Sadly I will never purchase from them again. Total waste of money."
