A few hours after placing the order online I realized that I made a mistake and had accidentally ordered a cable in error. I called the customer service number and got a live person after 2 rings. She was very polite and efficient, finding the order and making the necessary change while I was on the phone. The order shipped that same day and was on my doorstep on 3\/12. "Purchased s-video and component cables for my new TV.. Found this company.. another site had rated them a knowledgable vendor. Prices were excellent. I got order receipt in 5 minutes.. 6 hours later, I received shipping notification and tracking number.. and cables were there next day by UPS Ground. Good quality cables. Amazing transaction. Im only 60 miles from this vendor who has a Pleasanton address.. but still.. their prompt attention and good prices are hard to beat. I rate them as the "Crucial" of Cables..
