Like most others I should of looked here first. They don't answer the phone. No response to emails. My order has not been shipped. I learned a lesson. There is alot of other good places to order from that do what they say. I guess this is why they don't have a review section on the website. lol
Update 2-9-2009
They never sent the order to date I reversed the charges on my card and the bank never heard from them. I dont think anyone works at this company. I never heard from Cable Crazy either. Atleast I got my money back. This review was modified by its author, Scuba57, on

Oh wow! If only I had looked here prior to ordering from cablecrazy.com... I placed an order and paid via PayPal. The order was never shipped as promised by cablecrazy.com. I called several time with no answer or callback, send three e-mails inquiring about my order with no reply. I had to go as far as to open a dispute with PayPal. I hope I am able to get the order sent or a full refund within the next 6 months...

I was sent an email talking about the review I left stating that basically stating that either they Cable Crazy company messed up or the shipping people messed up. I ordered TWO THINGS on June 10th, the payment was confirmed and I recieved an e-mail of that. I was then charged on the 13th, three days later. I have YET to recieve what I purchased. I call everyday at random times to the Cable Crazy office and no one ever answers. Customer Service is surely lacking and all I want is tracking information, or something to let me know that I WILL get what I ordered. I've been charged for the items and still do not have them. Begining to feel as though this website is a scam and only takes money. I'll be more than glad to fix this review if I am actually given attention to, and I recieve the small items that I purchased. Just as all the others have described - took my money, and haven't shipped my item/refunded/answered calls or emails. They need to be shut down before they swindle any more unsuspecting people.

By far the longest I have ever waited for an online order from ANYWHERE. I am currently a student and occasionally order computer chip samples from Microchip, which is based in Thailand. If Microchip can get an order to my from door in no less than three days after I place it, then why the f--k can't a company based in the USA get my order here in two weeks? Just for the record it, today is February 9, 2008 and I am royally pissed.

After several emails, and no items delivered, they responded once, and only once. They said that they would send out the order, immediately, and refund the cost of shipping.
After several weeks more, no refund and no items.

My comments are not happy ones. As of this date 12/21/07 my order has not shown up. I have emailed Cable Crazy to find out the status of my order and have yet to hear a reply. Holidays and all I could give a little slack but I paid for 3-day shipping and havent heard squatt. Not good business. Buy elsewere

DO NOT ORDER from Cable Crazy. I placed my order on November 10th. They state that orders that are placed are shipped within 24 hours. I called them several times to inquire about the status of my order only to receive an answering machine. I have left several messages and received no response. I have also sent several E-mails to their customer service e-mail and none of them have been responded to. This company is horrible and it gives all online merchants a bad name. I have still not received my items or received a response letting me know the status of my order yet they had no problem charging my credit card the day after the order was placed. It's too bad I didn't come to resellerratings.com first to see from other people's feedback that this is a normal trend for cable crazy. Stay far away from this place.
Update: Cablecrazy never sent my order and I was forced to file paperwork and an afidavit with my payment card company to recover funds. Cablecrazy is a fraudulent facade and not a legititamite company at all. They do not stock any of the product they advertise. Found product that no one else has.(molex Lights Blue color).Purchase was easy. Sight was easy to navigate making it a very plesant shopping experience. I give it an A+
