Ordered 2 mac laptop batteries - received them and followed the necessary instructions to bring them to what should have been a fully charged working battery. One battery would die after 15 minutes, the other would last about 30 minutes. Finally made contact and after several emails, they offered to replace the 2 batteries. We asked for a refund because clearly our trust was broken. They said they would take them back and would also pay for our shipping. Well, big surprise, neither of these things happened. They sent back 2 batteries - probably the same ones we sent back and have not reimbursed our shipping costs, plus they do not reply to our emails. WARNING!! STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!! Never would I have bought from this company had I seen these reviews! It was my husband who heard of them and decided it would be a good idea to buy from these jokers - and he never bothered to check for reviews. Sigh. "We also thought this was a Canadian company. We received this battery and it is garbage..does not hold a charge. Pay pal started to help and would give us a refund but we had to pay return shipping...$67.00 in postage was more than what we paid for the battery so would have been out even more money.
