"I love this catalogue and clothes. But, this company needs to learn a thing or two about customer service. I purchase a lot of things online and am okay with paying a reasonable cost for shipping. However, I draw the line when required to pay more to guarantee and item gets to me in a week (five business days) when the warehouse is just two hours away from where I live.The worst part of my experience is that the customer service rep wasn't helpful at all. Just a matter of fact that if you want it, you have to pay almost $20 more to get it in a week.They need to learn a bit from Amazon.com and Zappo's who thrive on a positive customer experience. "
