Ordered 1 Masscool heat sink and fan (recieved).
ordered 1 Thermal Grease (Not Recieved).
Charged for both products,Recieved one product ordered. 50% order lost somehow. also instructions on invoice told me "Your power supply has a 20+ connector,bla,bla,bla." You get the idea.My order had nothing to do with a power supply right? I sent them an email requesting my "Thermal Grease" they forgot to send. Have heard a thing from them as to date.(it's been24 hours. Email takes a few secs. right? I'll never use CPUtopia again.

I ordered an Emachines T3410 Mobo Replacement Upgrade that included the case, MOBO, CPU and RAM. A Sempron 3000+ CPU was quoted, it arrived with a better CPU: an AMD Athlon 64 3800+ 2.41GHz. It also had a discrete AGP video card, another nice "upgrade". Downside: was the time it took to ship. I ordered on 12/30/09 and received it 1/13/10. The delay could have been due the holiday, but it is worth mentioning because it has a 30 day warranty on the MOBO. Not sure when the warranty starts - the order day or the received day?

I ordered a replacement motherboard for my PC. What arrived is not the exact motherboard that I originally had in my PC, but a similar one. It works ok, but it does not fit my PC box exactly. While I am disappointed in this, I am not able to return it, as the cpu fan broke when I tried to install it. I would not order from CPUtopia.com so quickly again. They did not specify on their web page that the "replacement" motherboard was not the "exact original" motherboard. They should have at least listed the motherboard type. Overall satisfaction = low.

I ordered a replacement motherboard. Did not get email confirmation of order, did not get email informing shipment. Received shipment after two weeks (I requested UPS Ground, I also ordered on Christmas eve). Installed, product worked, no problems. I got what I ordered and it works.

i order product on 12/26/2009 and will not receive until 1/5/2010 which is a bit slow having to wait for a part when most other companies will have it delivered within 2-3 days so the shipping is a little to slow for me especially when your warranty isn't but 30 days which is another problem

Good value for the product ordered: motherboard, CPU and power supply. However, customer service is severly lacking. I received no confirmation email, no tracking number, no return call, no response to my email query. I had to research and do a reverse internet search of the address and found the company listed under another name.
Curious that a company trying to serve the people that keeps them in business doesn't list a phone number. The listing I found did have a number, not toll free. I called at my expense and got the tracking number.
Based on this lack of quality in customer service, I will not do business with them again.

This company is horrible! I ordered a replacement power supply and after 3 days it stop working. It took several days to contact them because they did not have a number you can call. I then sent it back and had to pay an extra 10 dollars for shipping then they told me that the product wasn't broken. They claim to have tested the product and decided it wasn't broken when i know for a fact it is. I watched the product blow out myself. I was frustrated that they would lie and so I got a refund. The thing is i lost 20 dollars from the shipping back and forth and they did not refund that. Never will i buy from this company again.

Very good product. Got replacement power supply for my emachines computer from them. Didn't know how to connect so I emailed support and got quick explanation how to connect to motherboard. Relatively painless process. Great service and prices. Will buy from again!!

Ridiculous! I ordered a 'direct replacement' E-Machine power supply; It weighs 1/2 of the original, which indicates cheap construction. I installed it, and of course it does'nt work. I followed CPUtopia's instructions, e-mailing them to receive an RMA, in order to return the item. They promise a response in two days - its been two weeks now. They got my money and evidently that's all they want. No telephone Number to contact them - SCAM!!
