"Ordered a *cheap* midtower ATX case /w 300W PS from these guys on a Saturday, and with a very resonable shipping charge for a case... the things was on my back porch when I got home from work Wednesday. In perfect condidtion. Three business days... pretty good when you consider they shipped the case for about seven bucks under anyone else, and that the quality of the case itself *killed* cases of competitive pricing on any other site I had seen.I had a couple questions about shipping, and my emails were answered by two different employees, both giving the same information, and giving it a non form letterish, very kind manner. I *will* do business with these people again. Its businesses like this that keep my debit card number typed into spaces on web site far too much. "

"I bought a motherboard, cpu and memory. I ran into a memory problem and their tech support was pleasant, patient and helpful in finding the cause and exchanging a part.
I was very pleased with the service."

"I ordered an Illiminated Keyboard/Purple (only place I found Purple)in Color on 4-5-04, arrived on 4-7-04. $40 +$6.99 shipping is very reasonable. Arrived fast and in good shape. Very thorough tracking info provided.
Other online retailers should try to be more like CPUsolutions. I am very impressed. 5*'s"

"I first heard of CPU Solutions on the resellerratings.com website by googling "computer builder reviews", as I was looking for a custom computer builder.

I was hesistant at first to order a computer from someone other than one of the big companies.

But I noticed that CPU Solutions offered a far broader range of customizing options than the big companies did.

With CPU Solutions, I was able to get EXACTLY what I wanted, so I took a chance and ordered.

My new computer arrived in excellent condition about 10 days later, built exactly to my own specs, whereas I would have waited much longer, and would have had to compromise somewhat with the options, had I ordered from one of the big boys.

Everything has worked perfectly from the start, and I'm totally happy with the purchase.

Would I recommend these guys?

Absolutely 100 percent.

"Great local store. They have quality parts and their prices are competitive with big retailers. I placed my order online and got a call 20 minutes later that I could pickup my order. Excellent service. I definitely will look to them first for any future orders."

"this is the second computer I"ve bought from CPUsolutions and there"s a reason I keep coming back. The prices are the best and the equipment is always top notch. I always go to CPUsolutions first and even after shopping around I seem to return as CPUsolutions is always the best bang for my buck. This time the computer arrived at my door in record time, about 5 days from ordering to opening the door and signing for my new computer."

"I purchased most of the parts necessary to build a new 1Ghz AMD system. I had to return the processor and their RMA techs were quick to work with me to determine the problem, then authorized a return and I shipped the processor back and got a replacement in a timely manner.

My office at work has also ordered parts to build systems in bulk and we've been pleased with that service as well.

I would've posted this sooner, but had trouble posting to the old resellerratings site."

"The motherboard I bought from CPU
Solutions 6 months ago developed an
IDE channel problem, and Bo at tech
support was very helpful trying to
diagnose it. He quickly responded
with a RMA number when we couldn't
make headway on solving the problem.
This company was much more helpful
and gracious than the motherboard
manufacturer, and my problem was
solved with a minimum of hassle.
Light years improvement from my
last computer part failure disaster
because I looked here first to find
a company that had good ratings on
dealing with problems. Thanks,

"I had them build two high end computers for me and my Wife and they did an excellent job. I researched the internet for two weeks for prices and reviews and I was not disappointed with my choice of CPU Solutions. I could have built them myself for a few hundred dollars less but I did not have the hassle of bad parts or incompatibility which is well worth the money in my opinion. I received the computers as ordered with all extra parts and literature in a reasonable timeframe. They did an excellent job of building them and they were very professional looking and neat. Great company and I would buy again. They are ten out of ten for good reason. "
