I have built my last 3 PCs myself, and I knew exactly what I wanted this time, I just didn\u0027t have time to do it myself.<br><br>I looked at various custom builders (I knew I did not want the stuff produced by the big name PC companies), and found CPU Solutions\u0027s prices to be very competitive and their selection of customizations to be very rich.<br><br>I picked exactly what I wanted and placed my order. It arrived in less than a week and was packaged very well.<br><br>Besides a couple very minor build details that were not quite right (components put together in the typical way, whereas the manufacturer recommendations were slightly different), but they had minimal impact, took less than 5 minutes to change, and did not really affect the functionality.<br><br>The wiring in the case was VERY clean, I was really impressed at the care that was taken with it. This is one of those things that shows that they really care about your PC build and not a lot of companies (at least with such a wide range of custom PC prices) will do.<br><br>Anyway, I am very pleased with my new CPU Solutions PC, and have no problem highly recommending them.<br><br>Note: if you get an i7 based PC, do NOT use the stock heat-sink, it is barely acceptable. I loved that I could fully customize my system (actually my son\u0027s first gaming system) with a drop down list of fully compatible options. It allowed me to build the systems best suited for me with *only* the components I wanted. AND the interface was easy to use, clear and straightforward. It elimated HOURS of additional research that I would have normally had to do to be sure everything was compatible. For $632, I was able to build a nearly identical system Newegg and Tiger Direct were asking $829 and $869, respectively. I also loved the option to build the system myself -- saving $49! Shipping was very fast, and free. Components were well packed and arrived in great shape. The system built and is running perfectly. An online computer company that KNOWS what the words \u0022Customer Service\u0022 means! Let me explain:<br><br>I have been trying to find an affordable new computer for video editing\/gaming. Until I found CPU Solutions on THIS website, I thought I might NEVER find an honorable online pc company.<br><br>I used the CPU Solutions website (www.cpusolutions.com) to create a custom pc to fit my needs. I was hesitant to call CPU Solutions toll free phone number (800-474-4278) mainly due to my past bad experiences with calls made to online companies(on hold for hours\/automated phone systems). Boy, was I pleasantly surprised when a HUMAN answered the phone after only 3 rings! <br><br>After a courteous greeting, I was transferred to Todd in the Sales Department of CPU Solutions. Todd was VERY helpful. He took the time to answer every single question and concern I had about the system I was wanting to have built by CPU Solutions! He displayed VERY good knowledge of both computers and customer service!<br><br>Needless to say, I WILL be placing an order with CPU Solutions in the VERY near future. And if the computer I receive is as good as the service I\u0027ve received thus far...I WILL be a longterm CPU Solutions customer!
