On the item page, it states that the item will ship in approximately 3 business days (all orders have processing time). Tracking number was not sent until 01/10/12 which was available for tracking. We called the customer to inform him the order was shipping on time, 2nd day shipping method, and kindly ask to reconsider his negative feedback, but he refused. Why leave negative feedback if the order was on time, in accordance with our posted availability?”

Unfortunately, we could not agree on a price, Dell sells the part for over $1,000 and we offered it for half the price. Refund was given within 30 minutes after customer requested cancellation. Why the negative feedback?”

"poorly run company if you can call it that. we placed an order on 01/05/12 and chose 2nd day shipping. today is 01/10/12 and we still don't have the order. we received an email with the confirmation and a tracking # but when we tried to track it no information was available. the phone # on the web site just goes to answering machine. i think we have been dooped. will now have to deal with the credit card company to refund the charges for this order.

i have copied and pasted the shipping information from their web site.
this is what it states
"All in stock orders usually ship out within 2-5 business days. If the merchandise ordered is on back order we will notify you via email of the projected ship date. We ship UPS (Next Day, Second Day, 3 day and Ground -default) and UPS International. Shipping charges include all handling fees. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable, as this is UPS's fee for shipping your order. We Ship orders from Monday to Friday (excluding national Holidays)."
now where in this does it tell you that if you order and want expedited shipping that it is still going to take at least 4 days before your order is processed to ship. their reply to us about the shipping was "we ship 600 plus orders a day and we just ship in the order they are placed"
we ordered on 1/5/12 our did not ship out until 1-11-12 and arrived on 1-13-12 with our 2nd day ups order. most anyone would think that when you order and pay for expedited shipping that the order processes within a 24 to 48hr period. this part shipped from florida and we would have gotten it (the way they ship) in the same time frame without paying additional fees.
the positive out of all of this is that we did get the cable we needed and will probably not be doing business again with this company. they may want to hire someone to answer the phone or return calls and this would never have been posted in the first place."
