"I bought a Manitowoc I-322 for our bar at one of SF's most respected night clubs. It's needless to say how critical ice is to bar business, the quality of ice directly affects the quality drinks we make, and this machine makes excellent quality ice. We're really happy with the quality of the Ice. Also in our business it's not acceptable to run out of ice and that was a factor that I was really considering when I was shopping for an Ice Maker and I'm glad to say I made a really good choice. We have never been out of ice ever since this machine has arrived.
The display is super easy to work with to manage the time and the settings and to just simply get information. It won't confuse you.
The cleaning is also very easy too, no need for any tools to open up parts that need to be cleaned, and it's very easy to work with while cleaning.
One other thing that really stood out once the machine had arrived was that it was significantly more quiet than our last Ice Maker. At night we wouldn't hear it that much anyways but at least people who stand by the bar don't get noise into their music, and during the preparation hours we just can't handle noises since loud music is gonna be there at night. So, i'm really happy with its quietness too.
Overall, I should say I'm really happy with this product, I think it was an excellent choice and I highly recommend this model and the brand and also CKitchen.com, their shipping was on time and the costumer service is very good."

"The Panasonic NE 1064 Pro microwave oven is engineered for convenience. We got it a month ago and it has handled all the demands placed on it at our joint. The adjustable 6 power levels and the 2 and 3 stage cooking option lets us cook just about anything in it. Things can get quite frenzied at times at our place and the programmable memory is a great help when you are in a hurry. We have stored the cooking settings of popular dishes which mean that we don’t have to set the cooking time and power every time. The Braille keypad and the interior light that lets us check come in quite handy when we’re rushed. The grab-go handle is a great improvement on previous models. I like its stainless steel structure which is easy to clean and gives an impression of being quite sturdy. What I like the most is that it doesn’t take up much space on the counter. Despite this, we can fit a 12" x 10" x 6" pan in it. It has made it possible for us to serve orders quickly. A truly commercial microwave that has stood up to expectations and more!"

Despite repeated calls to ckitchens for more tracking information, I was not able to track this down, and never received the filters. They were just minimally responsive and "bothered" by my calls. I cannot recommend them. What if it was the icemaker that was missing? I was not treated appropriately."
