As the website allowed, I ordered items shipped to a shipping address that was different from the billing address. That is why they ask you for both. But a few days later, I received an e-mail from CHIEF informing me that they would not ship to an address that was different from the billing address. I wrote back offering them four (4) options for shipping, but I received no response, and after three (3) more days, I canceled the order and placed it online with another competitor who shipped everything the next day. I do not plan to ever do business with CHIEF again. There are so many other companies out there that actually care about customer service. CHIEF could care less. I can not recommend doing business with them.
