It was a return that was damaged and accidentally sent to me as new. I got a call right away. That made me feel better about my experience with CE Showroom but then my good feeling went away when a week later I was asked to submit pictures of the damaged karts. A replacement was sent to me but it was not communicated to until after I had inquired about my order did they tell me about it.
