When I went on the website for instructions for returns, it was noted that cell phone accessories are not returnable. Once I spoke directly with CE Showroom, it was stated that this was noted to reduce fraudulent returns. CE Showroom credited my credit card with the purchase price as well as shipping and even went further and mailed me a FedX label to return the item so that I would not be out-of-pocket on any expense. Long story short, I could only find 1 store that sold these particular ipod docks for a reasonable price. I ordered 50 of them and was going to order an extra 50 each month, for 4 months. A month later, no ipod docks, tried to contact the company- they gave me the run around. Another month went by and was given the run around. Finally on the third month I contact American Express and requested to dispute the transaction as I never received the products that I ordered and they kept giving me the run around. On another grand seach for these ipod docks I found CE Showroom CE and Reza contacted me. With the most amazing customer service, Reza made it beyond simple for me. I got the 50 ipod docks within several DAYS!! I have now been in contact with Reza again for another 50 ipod docks. Thank you so much for having excellent products with great pricing and outstanding customer service!! "I had a great experience with CE Showroom. Bought an electronic drum kit, they had the best price on it by far. Minimum $30 lower than everyone else. Shipping was pretty quick, particularely given the distance (Nevada to New York). Would definitely do business with them again!"
