"Update 6 May 2009: C1 Shopping Mall appears to have gone out of business. Their website has been down since the last order. Prior to this last experience, they were an excellent value and provided prompt service. They will be missed.
30 March 2009: Ordered 2 retail Intel CPUs, listed in-stock on company website. Company charged credit card immediately. Company did not ship the items. Company did NOT answer the phone for entire week of order. Company did not respond to 3 email requests for order status. Company website link for order status is nonfunctional. Company did not respond to fax request for order status."

"DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. I have been waiting for over 3 months for my money to be returned. I placed an order, then received an email saying to contrary to what was stated on their website that in fact the product was out of stock. I had been changed the full amount and it had been placed on back order. 3 months later, no replies to my emails the supplied phone numbers are engaged all day long, I feel ripped off."
"I ordered from them before and it was ok. This time I canceled the order perhaps an hour after making it, followed their instructions on emailing them about it, in fact I emailed a couple of accounts. They processed the charge on my credit card anyway! They are almost impossible to contact, have yet to answer an email, almost never answer their phone. It's been almost two weeks and they told me today that their accountant is TOO BUSY to process the refund."
"Avoid this company. I am still waiting for delivery of a laptop, listed as available for delivery within 4 days, 5 weeks after placing an order. The company are very difficult to contact by phone, don't respond to emails and do not return calls despite promising to do so. "
