"I was extremely pleased with the glass brick & stick tile colors & lack of defects/breakage. It arrived in under 2 weeks including 1 extra which just completed my kitchen backsplash. I wish they gave more feedback as to whether they had in stock & update on progress of order but all went well"

"I ordered tile from buy tile.com and was informed that there was going to be a delay for shipping. They called me to let me know and guaranteed the date it would arrive. Tile did arrive on that date. I was informed a few days prior that there was one box of broken tile. Luckily we had ordered additional tile and it did not disrupt our job. The tile was refunded. Each time I contacted customer service they were very helpful."

"Ordered several samples and all but one came, never received anything on why my "Alberta Taupe" sample never came. Nonetheless I ordered something else - a large order for a residence and they arrived fine. Their shipping seems slow as it didn't ship until I called to ask which was a week later but since I wasn't in a hurry then it didn't matter. I love the tiles for the price. "

"I placed an order for some tile online and got a call from the customer service representative explaining that the size I chose would not work for the floor tile because it was wall tile and that it was too fragile and would break; he suggested the right size and saved me from a disaster. I was pleasantly surprised."

"I've bought several different varieties of tile on two different occasions from buytile.com. Both experiences were easy and pleasant. The tile itself is outstanding: good quality at a good price. Just be sure and read their return policy before ordering so there won't be any surprises.

The packaging at times left something to be desired--aka boxes were damaged in shipping. But I didn't have a problem with excessive broken tile. Just a couple here and there. Honestly, I'm not sure how you ship tile in a cost effective manner without some breaking.

The selection of tile alone is worth a trip to their site. Far better than the big box stores and at reasonable pricing.

Overall, I'm a very happy customer and won't hesitate to return the next time I need tile--especially with their new shipping prices. "
