I too have the same problem. Didn't get my product. on 6/21/2010 i got an e-mail saying:
Dear Mr. Grove,
My name is Tom McMahon. I am the owner of BuyersHQ and want to formally apologize. I have been out of town for a few weeks due to a personal matter. Although that is no excuse, I am horrified that you have not received your package.
I will do some research, get shipping information and send you a return email indicating when you can expect shipment of your package.
