I too have the same problem. Didn't get my product. on 6/21/2010 i got an e-mail saying:
Dear Mr. Grove,
My name is Tom McMahon. I am the owner of BuyersHQ and want to formally apologize. I have been out of town for a few weeks due to a personal matter. Although that is no excuse, I am horrified that you have not received your package.
I will do some research, get shipping information and send you a return email indicating when you can expect shipment of your package.
I am including, in my return email, a couple of $5.00 certificates in hopes to regain your confidence in BuyersHQ.

"It has been 3 months since I ordered (remote controlled switch socket 3 pack) ! Some clown did answer my email , saying he would make it right - "never happened" , HE IS A LIAR . BEWARE - do not buy from this so called company , unless you want to donate ! They will take your money & you will get nothing ! They took $17.99 from me . Be careful ordering through Deal Sucker .com . , that is where I ordered through . Deal Sucker wouldn't even answer my email . "
"I ordered a 300/600 Watt DC to AC Power Inverter on March 3. It's now April 21 - 7 weeks later and I have heard absolutely nothing from them. They were of course happy to charge my credit card right away the day after I ordered. If this is the kind of service they provide I'll never shop with them again. "
