"I would NOT recommend Buyer's Edge. I ordered an island mount vent hood because they had the best deal on it. I ordered on 3/15, and by 3/21 I hadn't even gotten so much as a confirmation email from them. My order status on their website said "Manager Review". I tried to call several times during their business hours, but the customer service (selection 2) and billing (selection 3) lines kept telling me they were closed. When I chose sales (selection 1), I waited on hold for 15 minutes, 10 minutes, and 8 minutes before giving up each time. I finally reached someone when I called the main number and pressed 0. When I got to speak to someone, he told me Buyer's Edge doesn't ship to my address (they only ship locally -- it does not say that on their website!!!), and I should have received an email notification. I had NO email - checked my spam folder and nothing there either! What a joke! "
"I ordered a washer and dryer 1 week ago and never received a confirmation email. After logging into my account, I saw that the order was under "manager's review" for a week. Now I get an email that they're "in the middle of changing trucking companies," and there is a shipping delay of 4-5 weeks.I've called this company 3 days in a row during regular business hours, and their message keeps saying their "office is currently closed." I've tried to email them via their website's email form, and the emails are not going through. I'm going to do whatever I can to cancel my order, but save yourself the trouble and don't order from here. Now I'm faced with the fact that these con-artists and scammers have my credit card information. I hope there's a special place in hell for people who take advantage of others like this.This company apparently spends more time writing false 5-star reviews to counteract all the true 1-star reviews than in actually providing a useful service. DO NOT ORDER FROM BUYERSEDGE!!!! You have been warned."
"TERRIBLE! NEVER ever order anything from this company. Their website doesn't work properly for starters. I was given a confirmation email of my order that DID NOT include ANY information at all. They then call your cell phone and try and talk you into buying additional products. When I showed no interest in this they literally IGNORED my order. It was never even processed after 2 weeks. They only have one phone number to call and when you do it goes directly to voicemail saying they are closed during business hours. I am ashamed that I ever tried doing business with these extremely UNPROFESSIONAL people. NEVER use this company. "
"Terrible service. Waiting time on the phone usually 30min. Called them several times. Finally, when I called them after three weeks of waitingthey told me that my item is discontinued. They didnt bother to inform me about it earlier."

"Beware of bait and switch on shippingI purchased a dual fuel frigidaire stove/oven for our new home in late December. The price was right and the product was what we wanted. Plus, shipping was free ... Or so I thought. After I placed my order,Mr. Stevens called from Buyers Edge and explained that the only way to assure a shipping window was to pay $150 for their custom shipping. I wasn't able to take an entire day off work to wait for the stove, so I felt I had no choice. Stevens explained this was the white glove delivery, and that they would bring it in the house. He also explained that they would throw in the "special part" needed for the gas line. The delivery guys showed up late, and the box was wet and damaged. They dragged it in my garage but refused to bring it in the house (probably because they were late for their next drop). Then -- the plumber and electrician who installed it laughed at the "special part," saying it was a joke and they wouldn't ever use anything like it. Overall, I saved a few dollars off of what I would have paid locally. But the bait and switch was ridiculous and we waited at least a few weeks with no stove. Keep shopping online or just pay the extra few dollars to buy in town. "
"Worst online shopping experience ever!We ordered a Kitchenaid dishwasher from Buyer's Edge in early April. Unlike other online companies I've dealt with in the past, Buyer's then gives me the cell phone # of the shipper to set up delivery directly. 3 weeks later, after many missed delivery dates, the dishwasher gets delivered but the shipper whackes it against our wall carrying in the house and bends the frame. He refuses to take it back with him, saying it's Buyer's Edge's problem. Their customer service tells us it's up to us to work it out with the shipper and we won't get a refund unless we use the same shipping company to send it back. And here we are, 4 weeks later. The shipping company won't take our calls and Buyer's Edge's owners and customer service managers are out of the office whenever we call. Don't do business with them!"
"This was one of the best online purchase experiences I have had. The price of the applicance (Bosch Gas Range) was the lowest of anyone out there. The online purchase was seemless. The next business day, Buyer's Edge rep called and asked if there were any problems with the ordering and confirmed the information. The shippers called and text'd ahead to notify the shipment was on its way. The shipment arrived flawlessly, especially with the minimally incremental cost shipping upgrade package. They left the premise in just the same condition it was prior to arrival except for the fact we have a wonderful new applicance that we are thrilled with. Five Stars all around."
"Once we established that they no longer stocked the item I originally ordered, they contacted me and offered the newer version. It was a couple of hundred dollars more but it still seemed like a fair price. Everything else about the transaction went well. I have no problems with this company and would not hestitate to recommend them. But perhaps they should make more effort to take out of stock items down from their website."
"Do not do business with this company!!! I called to confirm they had the grill in stock and was assured it was available, so I place my order. I spoke after the order with Justin F and he told me it would ship in 24-48 hours (this was already 4 days after I placed the order). After 48 hours I emailed with no response for 2 days, then called. The only way to get through to a person is to call the sales line. When they realized I was inquiring about my order, the said "just a minute" and put me on hold for over 20 minutes. At this point, I was connected to a very annoyed lady. When I asked about the shipping status, she replied, "if you have not received and email saying it has shipped, then it has not shipped". It is obvious that they lie and deceive consistently in their business and they should not be trusted. I cancelled my order. Run away as fast as you can. There are many other sellers that offer the same product at the same price. Go anywhere else but these people. "
"I strongly recommend to avoid Buyer's Edge. I ordered an Internet radio to them on April 12. It's May 12 now and the radio has not arrived.I contacted them by email on April 19, they answered on April 27 that I should call them on a number. I called immediately, and they explained that the order would be shipped the following day. I called them today during their business hours, and their hotline autoresponds "we are now closed"."
