"I love the online chat options as it helps when you don't have time to talk on the phone but are able to chat while working. The somewhat dissatisfied was because I was told there were 2 of the items available and when the items were to ship I was told there was only 1."

"I am new at commercial door parts, so I needed a little help figuring out which one to buy to match what we have. After making my choice, all I could do was order it and check for form and fit before installing it or re-keying it. The people there were helpful and prompt about answering questions.
I would have liked to see other views and even dimensional drawings to help me know if it would fit."

"I'm a little disappointed with BuyAccess. I ordered a door lock but wasn't informed about its shipping status until I sent and email inquiry about the item. Within seconds of my email I got a response indicating it had been shipped several days ago. Not sure where the breakdown occurred here. The website says I'll receive an email indicating when the item was shipped. Didn't happen as promised. I hope the lock works better than the people shipping it. "

"Slower to ship than advertised. Impossible to contact except by chat (I emailed twice; called their number on multiple occasions, and not only did they not answer, making me leave a message, but as time went on their voice mailbox filled up). However, they did send the product I ordered and eventually agreed to allow me to return part of it. That said, I plan to avoid them in the future because the hassle was stressful and time-consuming."

"Great transaction at a good price. I would strongly suggest you stop using UPS for shipping to Canada. They charge exhorbitant rates for brokerage fees I had to pay a $50 brokerage fee on a $200 item! Thats in addition to duty and taxes....which is expected. "
