I never received an email notification to confirm the purchase or any shipping information - in fact, I still have not received a single email from them. I called on 12\/20\/2004 to find out what was going on. Like most people got the busy tone and kept using the re-dial button to get through. The customer service rep told me that they sent my order on 12\/20\/2004 and gave me a tracking number, but said they could not say when they shipped! I received a package on 12\/22\/2004, but only one game!<br><br>I called many times again to find out what was happening and finally got through on 12\/24\/2004. The customer rep told me that the shipping department would be sending the other game that day. Obviously, I was upset because it would not make it before Xmas. It\u0027s 12\/30\/2004 and nothing! <br><br>I keep calling and they have no information about the shipping date and will not let me cancel! I have threatened to contact the BBB and Attorney General\u0027s office, but they do not seem to care. I left a message for Steve, the manager, to contact me on 12\/24, but nothing. The last customer rep I spoke to was named Daniella.<br><br>I wish I had seen these reviews before I made my purchase as well!<br><br>Update, I called several times to cancel the remaining item and they kept telling me they could not unless they knew from shipping. Finally, the 3rd time I tried to cancel on 1\/6\/2005, they said I would receive a credit in 2-3 business days. I never received the credit. "Terrible. I ordered Kingdom Hearts: Final Mix from them since they claim that they had it available. The shipping, like the majority of the reviewers here stated, was ridiculous. But my dad was kind enough to purchase it for me. But after googling this company and found a boycott site, I instantly became worried. But I waited for a while for the game to arrive, and even tried to email them. But no reponse, and the phone call was a nightmare. Also, the game never did arrive And so I decided to file a complaint at BBB and they cancelled the purchase. :phew: I regretted doing that but I'm at least relieved that they cancelled the purchase and gave the money back to where it rightfully belongs - to my dad's cc account."
