Buy Rite never contacted me, except for the initial call; I always had to chase them up. I returned scanner, and was told that they did not have any scanners in stock with the manufacturer's warranty. I was re-imbursed for the full amount but am still waiting for the return shipping costs, which they promised to reimburse as well. Company sells grey market products, while their website states:" Shop at ease! All products sold include the full retail package and carry the USA manufacturers warranty.
