"I do believe this is the best customer service/purchase I've ever experienced.
Emails returned within hours/minutes. Ludicrously nice and helpful staff?
Massive extended warranties that are actually honored without fuss?
I even asked them, honestly expecting the polite answer, 'no', if I could use a promo code I'd messed up in applying while ordering a refurbed Roomba, 2 weeks after it had arrived, and was told yes. This is a first for me. I was immediately refunded 7 percent of the purchase price.
A very rare example of excellent customer service. And you know what, I ranted on about how great they were so much, I know of at least one sale I sent their way as a result.
Other companies could learn a LOT here. Good customers appreciate this level of service and a company/any company ends up being paid back again and again in future customers and returning customers.
I look forward to when I can purchase from them again.
