"Purchased a license for Office 2010 via the BuyBarginDeals website. I immediately emailed the sales@ address (as stated in the item description) requesting my product key. I received the key within 30 minutes, entered it, and the product activated just fine.

I originally purchased Home and Student version, but BuyBarginDeals had their special to receive the Professional version for the same price. Make sure you follow the instructions in the item description and confirmation email and download the appropriate version from the Microsoft site. (Tip: If you want to avoid the Click-to-Run version, after getting the download link from the Microsoft site, log into your account. Once you are logged into your management console, then find the item for your Trial and click "Download", which will present the details about that item. You will see a Download button, and underneath that you will see the Advanced Options - click this instead of Download, then you can download a full executable file (1.1 GB for the Pro version).)"

"Found this deal for Microsoft Office 2010 Professional through Google Product Search. The price was right so I ordered. Note: It appears that what is being sold is a 'slice' of a multiuser license (see below).

Pros:
1) Price.
2) Service. I ordered the product on a Saturday afternoon and received the product key that evening. A+ for service and turnaround time.
3) Support. I did have some issues with the installation and Carol was always prompt in responding, usually within hours.

Cons:
1) Extra charges. When I made my purchase, I elected to have the payment charged to my AmEx card. An $8.88 shipping fee was added to my bill even though nothing physical was being shipped. I asked Carol about this and she stated that BuyBarginDeals.com does not charge a shipping fee so nearly as I can tell, this is from AmEx. The price was good enough that I didn't pursue it. I don't know if this happens with other payment methods such as PayPal.
2) Faulty initial product. The Product Key I was provided allowed installation of Microsoft Office. However, when I tried to run one of the Office products, I got a message that it could not be activated because the maximum number of times permitted by the software license had been exceeded. Hence my conclusion that what I had purchased was a slice of a multiuser license. When I contacted BuyBarginDeals.com, Carol promptly provided me with a new and completely workable Product Key.
3) No technical support. Since the initial Product Key didn't work, I needed to enter a new one. As most users know, it's virtually impossible to access the Product Key once it's entered and therefore it can't be changed. After searching the internet, I realized that I had to delete the 'bad' Product Key before I could enter the new key. In order to do this I had to edit the System Registry (NOT for the faint of heart) and delete product registration information. I did that and when I started an Office application, I was prompted for a Product Key. I entered the new one and everything has been working fine since. This is the reason I didn't give BuyBarginDeals.com 5 stars."

"Ordered Visio Pro 2010 and received a license key promptly. It didn't work ... contacted Carol who immediately remedied the error and sent a correct license key for the software.
Really appreciated the quick response by this representative @ buybargaindeals.com and will do business with these folks again."

"I am really got a good experience on the web purchase. This is my first time I was planned to buy on online but I was heard that online purchase is not safe like that from one of my friend.

Finally I was decided to purchase via online and my first purchase itself I got good experience. So I am sharing my experience with all of you.

BuyBargainDeals.com did a great job when I was placed a order there for the Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 for Windows.

I was placed the order from their online store and it is really easy to order there and then I got the product within the time line I was expected to arrive.

I am sure that I can suggest this store to others to purchase at any time...

I will purchase again if I need any adobe products.

"Same story as the others: Item was shipped - I waited - Ask for Tracking number - Lost in transit.

A pattern seems to be forming here. My emails were replied to with 1 or 2 words. So if you want to wait for items that always get lost (never shipped) & spend money on Paypal fees, use this seller. If you have better things to do than waste time & money go elsewhere.

"I placed an order on March 27, and contacted BuyBargainDeals by email on April 2 to find out when I should expect the software I ordered because no tracking information was provided, and I needed the software soon for a project. A reply came quickly that day, and it said: "Dear Sir, Will arrive any day." Then, 5 days later on April 7, I received a refund from paypal with no information entered or reason given. I was never contacted by BuyBargainDeals about this, only paypal because of an account action (the refund). I sent an email to ask what was going on, and never got a reply. I finally found a telephone number (not listed on their website anywhere that I could find), and called. The reply that I got was simply sorry, we don't have it. So apparently, although I was told it would be here 'any day', it actually never shipped out, and I was not told, refunded or an updated about this until 11 days later. Oh, and this product is still listed on their website for sale as of today. This is some of the worst customer service I've had ordering online. I recommend that if you actually need the product you're ordering that you don't order it from BuyBargainDeals, as they are very unreliable, and very uncommunicative.

Also, like another reviewer (hossafat) said, the product I ordered, is still listed on their, but at $20 more than it was. This happening once might be a coincidence, but it's more than a little suspicious that nearly the same thing happened to both of us."

"Ordered Intuit QuickBooks Pro 2007 Full Product. Did not receive product by 02/12/07 and emailed company. Carol had said "We had packages lost in shipping. I sent a previous e-mail.You were not charged for this order." Possibly could have sent email, but... re-emailed for update on when they would ship. Product had gone from 120.00 to 165.00 on Website. She tells me they are out of stock. Steer Clear is my advise."
