I would have ranked this fan a five had it looked like it was pictured. In the picture it was shown as circular shaped but when it arrived it was oval shaped. I like the oval shape better because it doesn\u0027t take up as much room. I just think that the picture should like the product that you receive. I am glad that I ordered the 16 inch and not the 12 inch fan because the 12 inch fan would have been to small. I was nervous to purchase through a seller that I\u0027m unfamiliar with, but it helps that you can order through PayPal, that gave me some peace of mind.<br><br>It took a little long to ship. I placed my order on March 19, and it just arrived today (April 5), which means it took two and a half weeks total to get to me. According to FedEx data, the shipment information was sent on the 21st, but the package didn\u0027t get picked up until the 30th. I\u0027m not sure if that is the seller is what caused the holdup, or FedEx. From there, it took about 6 days to get from Florida to California. The shipping was free, so I can\u0027t complain too loudly.<br><br>I looked over the package and everything seems to be in good shape. Unfortunately when I was checking out I accidentally chose the smaller one instead of the larger one that I wanted. I didn\u0027t notice it until after I had paid for it and completed the transaction. <br><br>I contacted the support department and explained that I wanted the larger unit. David got right on it corrected the order with the fulfillment department and got it right out to me. <br><br>The order shipped well within reasonable time limits and when it arrived it was indeed the larger fan. I owed some extra funds on the larger unit and David was more worried about me getting what I wanted then collecting the few extra dollars. <br><br>He said we would deal with the extra funds once the unit arrived which I gladly paid after notifying him of the correct delivery. I requested they email to my office.. Was delivered 3 days later.. Opened up & used fan last nite. A bit noisy but love the remote. The fan does not have the breeze, force like stand up double blade fan does. But it looks good, saves space and is safe where children are around. As for the price. I feel after rec\u0027g the item, it is too much to spend. If it were much less I would buy several just for the space saving factor. The unit is made of all plastic and seems fragile. It I believe would break if it fell on the floor. That is where the children can do harm.
