"I was a little hesitant to purchase a large appliance from an online store that I had never heard of. I live in San Jose, California and they are located in New York and this was part of my hesitation. I decided I would take a chance since they had the best price and the local appliance stores or big box stores could not compete with the BuyRite price. Trust me I did hours of research and went to several stores in town. I'm glad I did because we bought the LG French Door-in-Door Refrigerator #LG LFX31945ST from BuyRite and I'm so happy with our purchase. They called us to schedule the delivery and we received the refrigerator at the scheduled date and time. The delivery Company AM Home Delivery was professional. The 2 delivery men were very professional and nice. I would highly recommend BuyRite. I will make more purchases from them. I don't usually write reviews but I thought they deserved a positive rating. "

"I found the BuyRite Appliances website through a search engine while looking to buy a new refrigerator. I couldn’t believe how cheap they were compared to the other websites and stores that I had visited. I looked up some reviews about the company and was very impressed so purchased a LG French Door refrigerator from them. They offered me a 5 year protection plan which I took them up on. There are plenty of delivery options to choose from so it was really easy to pick one that suited me. The delivery only took a few days and it was so well packed there wasn’t even the slightest scratch on the fridge.

They provided lots of information about their products and kept me up to date with my order every step of the way. I consider them to be very trustworthy and could not have asked for an easier, smoother transaction. You have to be careful when buying large appliances online because of the cost and likelihood that something might go wrong but with BuyRite Appliances there is nothing to worry about. They take care of everything and even provide additional cover for your appliance if you want it. I saved so much money with them that I’ll definitely be ordering from their website again and I recommend that you do too."

"I purchased a built in weber grill from Buyriteappliances.com. I received the white glove service and in-home delivery for free!. We got our grill within 7 days (to California) Sales person was great and added a free weber cover as well. They have earned our good review, would not hesitate to buy from them in the future for all our appliances needs."

"We originally found out about BuyRiteAppliances on line , saw there "A" Rating and wonderful reviews. I was interested in buying a range. Richard answered all my endless questions and was courteous and professional. I ended up choosing a different model range, but he gave a great price, so I ordered a fridge from them as well. The delivery company they use were professional and arrived when they said they would. I would recommend my friends and family to do business BuyRiteAppliances.com, a great buying experience!"

"Awful company. I ordered a bar-b-que grill from them, on their website via google checkout. Got my recipt and everything, but it never came. Contacted them by email, never heard back. Called them repeatedly on the phone, could never reach a live person, so I left messages but they never called back. Had to dispute the charge to get my money back."

"This was the best deal and the smoothest transaction I had ever made online.The sales person and customer service people were very friendly and very helpful.I quickly received a tracking number and received my order in 5 days.Best of all, after shopping for this item for 2 month, this by far was the best price I could find. "I was a little uncomfortable purchasing large appliances on line. I searched on-line quite a bit before I chose BuyRiteAppliances.com. This was a huge purchase since I am redoing my kitchen completely. Cabinets, floors,countertops, appliances, everything. With such an investment, I wanted higher end items. James was so helpful. I talked with him a couple of times before making my decision. I made my decision late afternoon on New Year's Eve. I am in California. He is on the east coast. No pressure, no hurry. He is courteous, knowledgable, and reassuring. Everything was delivered today, in perfect order. I would not hesitate to recommend James and BuyRiteAppliances.com to anyone.
Also, the company that delivered the order was punctual and efficient."

"This was my first time using BuyRite Appliances -- they had the best price by far for the GE Advantium microwave that I purchased. I spoke with James of their customer service dept who called me the day after I placed the order to review the various delivery options. He was very gracious and took the time to describe the various shipping options, pluses and minuses, etc. He did a great job in ensuring that my first experience with BuyRite would be a positive one! Fingers crossed on the microwave too!"

"I am a very satisfied customer. I found they have a great full selection of products and extremely good prices. Their customer service was great too. They were very good about keeping me informed about where my order was in each stage of the process. And I really appreciated that notification since my order was pricey. It is so helpful to have that information when you order an expensive item over the internet. Overall, my order was shipped quickly and everything arrived in perfect condition. "Excellent service. I recently placed in order with BuyRite Applinaces and I am more than happy with the whole process and what a great job this company has done. Sales person was very helpful and courteous was also a very patient and knowledgeable. I was skeptical at first making my largest purchase ever on line, I would like to post something to put other people at ease with purchasing big ticket items with BuyRite Appliances not to mention how much money they could save!!! Thanks again for making this a great experience and I hope to do business with you in the future. I have already spread the word to friends and family if they are in need of any appliances. "Bought a Refrigerator, and a warranty thru Buyriteappliances.com . Smooth transaction, great communication. Richard personally called to confirm my order and was helpful in upgrading my warranty and shipping. I also had a small issue which I took up with customer service and it was handled very quickly. They return calls and emails very efficiently and I would definitely recommend them. Really great prices, delivery was smooth and great customer service. Will refer my friends to them!"

"Yesterday, after writing the review about the poor delivery service associated with the delivery of my new refrigerator, I was contacted by Buy Rite Appliances and they have gone well out of their way to correct the situation. Their customer service team has been very professional to deal with and I am completely happy with the way that they have handled the situation. I would absolutely recommend them based on their customer service level. I truly did not expect to have the situation addressed so quickly. Thank you Buy Rite!! "
