reply posted Sep-28-2012 “We sincerely apologize for the shipment arriving to the customer incomplete. We have contacted Kohler and since this was a missing part, the replacement part order would not be processed for 7-10 business days. Today 9/28 puts us at the 7th business day. We have contacted Kohler and the part is shipping today from the Kohler warehouse and will arrive to the customer in 5 business days. We have tried to have Kohler expedite the order and ship it either 2nd day air or overnight, but they are unwilling to expedite a parts order. We strive for quality products to ship out and to be complete. This situation is not common and we sincerely apologize. We have refunded the customer her shipping cost of 49.03, to try and make up for the predicament this has put her in.”

reply posted Aug-15-2012 “We apologize that you feel we mistreated you. On this item and it has happened twice our cost was uploaded instead of our sale price. This item is monitored by the manufacturer as a Minimum advertised priced item. We cannot advertise below what they say. When our cost got uploaded we had to immediately fix for two reasons. One it was our cost we can't be in business and make money if we sell you products at our cost. Two the manufacturer will not allow us to sell this product if it is not at their minimum advertised price. We attempted to work with you and gave you a price that was better than any other site out there. We are sorry for the mistake but mistakes happen we are all human. In regards to your credit card information when the order is cancelled or charged it is then deleted. We do not store credit cards. Thanks for blasting us.”
