"I have been buying things online for some time now and have never had a complaint about a store significant enough to do anything about it. This store has got to be the worst ever. I ordered an item that was in stock. The money was taken from my credit card the same day. 3 days later the order is still "pending". (this is per the website, I have yet to receive a confirmation or any e-mail at all.) The moment I send an e-mail asking them to cancel my order the status goes to "back ordered". I have sent several e-mails to every department since then and have heard nothing. I ordered several other things from another website later the same day I ordered from BUYPCDIRECT.COM and have already received those items. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, call the Better Business Bureau, and report this scamming company to as many agencies as I can. I really hope you are reading this before you ordered, unlike me and many others this company has ripped off."
"Horrible merchant!!!!!! I ordered logisys acrylic case on 5/8/07 it is now 5/16/07 and i havent gotten anything on the website under order status it says ready to ship. That meansthey havent even shipped it yet. I've emailed them several times 26 approximately. No response whatsoever!!! My next step is to call them and see what the heck is going on. and their phone number isn't even listed on their webpage. Wish me luck!!!! This buyer sucks!!!!!"
"Not happy at all. It should not have taken 4 days to process 1 order for a PC case. I order it on monday and Im not going to get it til next tuesday? Why so long especially when I am located in Sacramento and they are located in LA. I only order from them because of that very reason so I can put my computer together in a rather quick time. "Horrible, horrible experience.Received a wireless keyboard without the receiver.Ended up taking two months to figure out how to receive a new keyboard, because it took "customer service" at LEAST a week to respond to each of my emails, and then usually with incorrect information.When I finally returned the keyboard, I was told that I would have to eat the shipping cost to return the keyboard, even though I was only returning it because of their mistake.After months of frustration, I told them to take the keyboard and my money and shove them both up their ass. Per usual, I still haven't received a response from them.Never buy anything from buypcdirect. And tell anyone you know not to either."
"Orderered on Oct 31st, Mushkin RAM, UPS 3-Day. Same day, I rec'd an email with the FEDEX tracking # 'Drop shipped'. I emailed the company 3 times in 2 days to try and find out what was going on. Never rec'd response. Finally I found their fax # after doing a WHOIS lookup on them and got ahold of someone. I was asked to leave a message twice because the lady who answered did not speak nor understand English very well. Finally I was able to get through (never rec'd a call back) and they told me that Mushkin ships directly instead of sending to the company, and the company sending it to me. They told me they would contact Mushkin and get the tracking information. One more day passes and I decide to call Mushkin since I haven't heard anything yet. It is now the day I should have rec'd the RAM (Friday). Mushkin rep tells me that it has been out of stock since mid October, so no shipments have gone out yet, but that they should receive more on Monday and he would make sure I was sent it ASAP, expedited. He had the order scheduled to be shipped standard by USPS. I explained to him the issue and he said he would Expedite it for free. Finally rec'd a call back from BuyPCDirect.com on the following Monday and their rep said that it would ship out Tuesday. Today (Thursday, Nov 9th) I called Mushkin up and finally got the tracking number, for FEDEX, and it was shipped out on Wednesday, Nov 8th, and should arrive by next Monday (Nov 13th). So it took 2 weeks for an 'in-stock' (according to BuyPCDirect.com) product to arrive via 3-Day UPS (eventually FedEx after all the crap). NOT a good company to work with."

"I should have checked the reviews before ordering. I placed an order on Sunday, and canceled it a few hours later because I found a better deal elsewhere. I used the email address "For correspondence regarding issues and questions of your recent order that has not shipped." When they hadn't replied by the following morning, I sent three follow-up messages. Then today (Tuesday) I get a notice telling me the item has shipped! I've asked Discover not to honor the charge and UPS not to ship the package, but I still don't know whether I'm going to get stuck for the cost. I'll never never order from them again!"
"I ordered an item they have advertised on the front page of their site. I get an email and charged for the item, yet they do NOT even have the item in stock after 7 days. I called them up and they inform me they are sold out of the item and wont have any in until next week. I can cancel or wait, I chose to wait for now. I will start Froogling again.Horrible customer relations."
