This store has got to be the worst ever. I ordered an item that was in stock. The money was taken from my credit card the same day. 3 days later the order is still \u0022pending\u0022. (this is per the website, I have yet to receive a confirmation or any e-mail at all.) The moment I send an e-mail asking them to cancel my order the status goes to \u0022back ordered\u0022. I have sent several e-mails to every department since then and have heard nothing. I ordered several other things from another website later the same day I ordered from BUYPCDIRECT.COM and have already received those items. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, call the Better Business Bureau, and report this scamming company to as many agencies as I can.
