"I ordered 60 cases of wipers and they told me they were in stock and would ship out immediately. 2 weeks later I called and they said they had not shipped and would be shipping next week. 1 MONTH later I called and they said they order had been cancelled. No notifications to me. These guys are not a legitimate company. They do NOT stock anything, just a virtual marketer."
"Ordered an Alera Strada series top-grain leather high-back computer chair from their website (found them through Amazon.com). I used a $5 off coupon and also free shipping. The chair's shipping box weighs about 40 pounds give or take a few. The total didn't even break $200 ($377 from office depot) and I received the chair two days after my order was placed. I'm enjoying my purchase tremendously and I wouldn't hesitate to order from their revamped (probably newly purchased) business. I say probably because it seems the reviews here are old, and their server/email notification system is fast. So it seems to me someone invested a lot of money into this company and their prices are very competitive."
"Ordered two file cabinets on 08/13/08. One arrived on 08/15, damaged. The other arrived via a different shipper on 08/18, damaged. Returning them was a nightmare requiring multiple calls to Buyonlinenow and various independent shipping companies. Two and a half weeks and many phone calls later (today's date is 09/04), Buyonlinenow just sent an e-mail stating that they've issued a refund. What a nightmare. Never again! The order I placed with Staples for these same two items went off without a hitch, and they were delivered the next day. Buyonlinenow claims to ship next day, but it's actually some indeterminate time after you're contacted by the shipper. What a disaster of a business model! I can't recommend Buyonlinenow. "

"Ordered a "demo" Nikon D40 from Cameta off of eBay. Item came quickly but I was a little concerned that it was labeled "Refurbished" on and in the box. I called Nikon and they confirmed that "demo" items do come through and are marked as refurbs.
I also noticed that the eyepiece cover (small plastic part) was missing. I notified Cameta, and they sent a new one out immediately. Very easy."

"I bought kleenex towels for my kimberly pro dispenser - the towels are very thin - and not cheap.
Take a look at the Georgia Pacific Envision Paper Towel - you will get twice as many towels for about the same price.
