The availability to enter a international shipping address was valid however we were not yet shipping with this option. Therefore a state would have to be chosen. This is something that has now been changed on our site and we have edited the site to be more user friendly. As you can see in our shipping section we now have three methods of shipment for international orders. Because we do not store credit card information you will be charged at the time the order is placed. Our quickest shipping method at this time is 5-7 business days for international shipping. We do apologize of the inconvenience at the time that your order was placed. Again at the time your order was placed our shipping section did state we did not ship outside of the US. However now that the material has been tested and our web site has been updated we can now accept international orders without a problem. If you ever would have any more issues feel free to give us a call at 1-800-393-2300 immediately.”
"I sent an e-mail order to BuyMoreContacts. One box of 1.5- and a box of 1.75-. When they called my optomitrist, they tried to tell her the prescription I called in was +, to which she swears she replied, "No, that's not right. It's a negative." Well, they shipped the positive! I checked the box for the numbers before we opened them but they were not marked either + or - on the box. When my daughter put them in, she knew immedicately they were wrong, I checked the slip, and, yes, they sent the +. When I called, they refused to help in any way because the boxes had been opened. Yes, the price was good, but I paid $91 for contacts their phone rep told me to throw away! Be very, very careful if you decide to order from this company!"
