reply posted Mar-13-2013 “We were unfortunately dealing with a technical difficulty with our email system (@buymicrosoftpoints.com domain) where the codes sent via our database was not going through properly. Fortunately, we found the bug and fixed it.
Client did get his redeem code, but not at a proper time. We hope that this bug never happens again! Sorry Ryan!

We were performing a maintenance update, which caused our support and delivery services to take a hit in terms of delivery time and responding to tickets at a timely fashion. We just sent this customer their Microsoft Points that they purchased and gave away an 800 Microsoft Points as an apology gift.
It was definitely our mistake.
