I had ordered a tv online from them and to call them to confirm my order, when I did, they had told me that the tv was on backorder but would be shiped out in two days. Two weeks later I called them back and the tv still was on back order so I had them cancel my order. Not only that but their site doesn't even use SSL for check out and they are not listed in the BBB database.

wow what a great company first they called to explain to me how the camera works walked me through my order the salesman steven was a wonderful person the camera came had everything i wanted brand new like i orderd cheapest price of every website i have ever been too not like all the other websites who try and upsell you to make up for their low prices they didnt try and upsell at all great exprience i recommend to everyone

SCAM!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE. They sell used/refurbished electronics as new. Immediately after placing an order they called to "help". The said the Blu-Ray player I ordered wasn't good and that I should switch to another one.  
When it arrived it wasn't in the original box, the remote had clearly been used, and the Blu-Ray had clearly been used/refurbished. The serial number sticker on the back had been tampered with (looks like they tried to remove it and then tried to rub the S/N off).
