I ordered the nuvi 670 on tuesday and recived it on friday by fed-ex in perfect condition. The only gripe i have is that they told me that i would recieve the newest map version (2008) cause they just got them in and i recieved the one with the older maps. Not really a big deal though cause garmin will update it for free just a little dissapointed. The ordering process was a cinch but everything sort of tumbled from down there.<br>I never recieved a tracking number from the company, so I had to manually go to the website and check myself. Three days later, my XM Tuner arrived with no D3. I was in shock. When I had purchased the D3 there was no mention of it being out of stock. I called them (there service department is apparently one man with a thick New York accent) and he told me that they were out of stock and to call back Tuesday. I showed a little frustration so he was nice enough to throw in a 3 year extended warranty (which probably costs them nil). I called back Tuesday and he then told me that the item had been shipped. So I waited... and waited... and waited... and it finally showed up today, Monday. The product looks new and I\u0027m excited that it finally came. However, I would hold reservations about buying from Buyeretail.com . In April 2007 my Beltronics RX65 failed. Customer service at Beltronics was nice but since it was not purchased at an authorized reseller, I\u0027ll have to pay $50 to fix it. Thought maybe this was a bait and switch or just plain ripoff place. 3 days after ordering I got my brand new kick ass Garmin for close to 270 dollars less than other retailers. I confirmed my Garmin was new by registering it with Garmin. The unit was the second, newer release of this series which I did not expect. An added bonus!
