"Received the obligatory request to call in and verify my order a couple days after ordering. I called, verified and promptly said I would try out the camera before ordering any accessories. They immediately accepted this response and did not continue the sales pitch. The camera was at my door two days later. I am extremely satisfied with the price paid and speed of shipping. I highly recommend this re-seller."

"Living in Oregon, but expensive and the merchants here keep it that way by selling everthing for List price. But with sellars like Buy Dig, we out here in PAC. N.W., can buy at a great savings and still have great service! A++ for BuyDig, this is my second purchase from them with a great price and outstanding delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to buy any big ticket electronic item from them at all. The Olympus C8080 I just bought is Perfect. :)"

"Purchased a Canon S400 digital camera by e-mail. Next morning I received a courteous phone call from Mike to verify my order. I opted to ship by UPS ground to save shipping costs. Received the shipment 5 days later, including weekend. As the shipment came Fed Ex 2nd day it appears that there was a problem to ground ship immediately. So, to honor their intentions for receipt of their shipment within a week they air shipped. My complete order arrived, well packaged.
As I was impressed with the delivery performance of the 1st camera order I just completed a 2nd camera order from Mike at BuyDigital Direct for a graduation gift. "

"Very Dissatisfied.
Ordered C750 8/11/03 was told it was in stock. Never got a tracking number. Sent an email on 8/14 and never heard back. Called Monday 8/18 and said would ship today. Buying price was $549 and they billed the credit card for $668. Called today 8/20 and said they would ship today. I don't think they had this item in stock and were just stalling. I cancelled the order. Don't go here!"

"I'm a bargain hunter and will happily do business with BuyDigitalDirect again. My Sony camcorder was very nicely priced (slightly more than some questionable merchants)and even with free shipping, it arrived cross country in three days. Only slightly pushy attempts to sell add-ons. Site advertised "no rebate" and in fact barcode removed from box. But no surprises and company delivered exactly as advertised."
