"Overall a good product, but had tech issues (NO OPERATING SYSTEM INSTALLED), contacted company, they told me to contact Microsoft to buy a new OS. Was supposed to come with Windows & Home Premium. Got the feeling that my purchase was not important to them!!! Wound up having to buy my own OS and install it. The Computer itself is great, no problems and was exactly as described."
