"I recently purchased a tv at buydig. Not only was their price the best on the net ,but they had free shipping. I ordered it on a thurs. and received it the next day. I was amazed and so pleased. I only wish they had more products,so I could buy everything from them."

"Would not buy from Buy Dig. Shipment was prompt on Fri at 2PM, but TV carton was severely damaged,refused shipment. Customer service(CS) was closed 1pm Fri thru 9am Sun.Sent an email, received blanket response from a manager like they cared.When I talked to a rude CS on Sun, I mentioned the manager's email,they ignored me & they said cannot send replacement until they received the return.Waited one week for Buy Dig to receive the refused shipment. Then had none in stock. Waited 2 weeks for credit, Then they would not match a competitors price on a different model, but they trash talked the competitor, saying don't buy from them. Well I say , don't buy from Buy Dig. Rude northeastern mentality,poor customer service. This was a birthday present for my wife for her 50th birthday.I then mentioned that Best Buy's also had a different model and Buy Dig would not match Best Buy's price. I have bought many product on-line, but never with this poor of an experience. All Buy Dig asked, is not to give them a bad review. I said, I would not give them a bad review, if they would make this right. Well this is the result of my experience with Buy Dig"

"Excellent Service on my first purchase. Bought my samsung tv at a low price and had it delivered after 4 days from ordered date. No Tax, No Shipping and No upsale to faster delivery (which I hate when they pull this out on you)...Love it, will purchase again from Buydig."

"Although the item advertised shipping within 2 business days, it took 6 business days to actually ship. Then, shipping was via Fedex smartpost and took another 6 business days to arrive. Terribly slow and I will never buy from them again."

"I received an email on April 29th saying that my refund was processed and I would receive a full credit in 3-5 business days. After not having received a credit after 5 business days, I decided to call in and find out what had happened. Today on May 6th, they told me over the phone that my refund had been processed and that I would get a refund in..........3-5 business days. At this point, I have no idea when I will actually get my refund if at all."

"SCAM! SCAM! SCAM! Its taking 5 months to still NOT get my refund! I had ordered Sync headphones with Ipod docking station on Dec. 7th but only recieved part of the package. I then called about the second package but found out that they are not offering this anymore and thats why i only recieved part of the package. But they did charge me in full for both so what do i do?
They sent me an RMA to return the package. The RMA took 2 weeks to be emailed to me after me calling them 2 times. I then put the RMA on the box and sent it back FEDEX. 5 months and 10 calls later (BUYDIG NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY CALLS) they say its lost or never been sent. NO REFUND. Now im out headphones, docking station, and $300! This company is a RIP OFF"

"Buydig has been great place to buy electronics for me. After amazon and newegg i always checked prizes in Buydig before buying anything. Now they have 45 days return policy which is better than Amazon and newegg i will definitely check Buydig :)"

"Purchased a product from their ebay store. It showed 10+ in stock when I ordered and I payed immediately. I waited 2 days for a tracking number and finally sent them an email, they replied that they didn't have it in stock (despite still having an active auction for this product showing 10+ IN STOCK) then took their time processing the cancellation and returning my money. Will never buy from them, they are fraudulent."

"I had ordered a Sony Handy-Cam (BIG Mistake) through BuyDig (GREAT Choice). The picture quality was awful right out of the box. Spent 2 hours with two different levels of Tech Support staff at Sony without any resolution. I got tired and called Customer Service at BuyDig to see if they would allow a return or not. The Customer Service representative was an absolute delight to my ears after having dealt with Sony Tech Support people. Not only she explained the process for the return, she even sent FedEx prepaid return authorization. They did not even charge any restocking fee! This is the company you want to do long distance business with!! "

"Usually order from B&H but was closed for a long time due to the Passover holiday. BuyDig was opened earlier so I ordered from them. The free 24-hour shipping was true. Ordered in the morning and delivered to California the next day for a pair of Canon 600EX-RT flashes"

"BuyDig.com is an electronics internet store, which I very highly recommend to every person who cares about high quality of a product, yet affordable pricing. I've bought from BuyDig.com a radar detector, which originally is manufactured and sold by COBRA ccompany. The same radar detector, had I purchased it from Cobra, would have cost me about 60 dollars more. "When I first placed my order they had it in FedEx's hands within just a few hours. The package was at my door within three days, and I live across the country. They take shipping seriously despite what you may expect for it being free.

The item I received had a manufacturer's defect. Within 10 minutes of reporting this to their customer service I was sent everything I needed to return the item, including a pre-paid shipping label.

Normally with returns they refund you so you can place a new order, however my purchase was during a sale and the price of the item had risen since I'd ordered it, so I asked for a direct exchange instead and without a delay they obliged.

On the same day they received my return shipment they immediately shipped out the exchange order.

I have nothing but good things to say about BuyDig."

"When I found the camera I wanted for my husband's birthday at 'buydig.com' I was a little hesitant to order it because I had not ordered from them before. What a great experience! I order the camera bundle for less than what other stores were charging for just the camera and, when it looked like it would not arrive before my husband's birthday, they quickly changed the shipping to overnight for me! Also, they did this quickly and did not charge me for the difference in shipping, WOW!"

"Was looking at TVs while signed into my account at beginning of month. TV stated add to cart to see low price and we did. Price was higher than we wanted to pay so we never made the purchase. Next day I get a receipt from Bill Me Later showing BUYDIG placed a transaction for $1299.00 on my account. Funny as I never placed the order, answered any questions from BML to verify my info for transaction with them nor received ANY emails showing a order. I contacted BUYDIGwithin minutes of this and they stated they had no orders in the system for me and I must have made a mistake and to contact BML. Bill Me Later says that BUYDIG placed a transaction for that amount and to contact them. BUYDIG says they cant do anything since they don't show an order..They don't show an order but still put a charge into my billmelater account of $1299.99. I have gotten multiple emails from BUYDIG saying I have to sort it out as they don't have an order. Dont know how they can charge me for something they claim they dont even have an order for and they REFUSE to look into anymore than they have and say I have to take care of it...Meanwhile I have a pending $1299.00 charge that will stay for 30 days since BUYDIG wont fix a issue they caused. Billmelater cant do anything since they dont have a order number to verify.....BUYDIG may have good prices on some items but the customer service is beyond horrible. Looking at legal options for a charge they did WITHOUT an order and as proof multiple emails from them state they dont have one yet sent payment request for such..Good thing Billmelater has it as a BUYDIG payment authorization request clearly shown on the date in question.....BEWARE...."
