"Received an Acer Iconia Tablet for a gift on Dec. 15th. Worked for exactly 60 days and died. Sat on hold for customer non-service forever only to be told that they don't stand behind their products and that I had to call the manufacturer(after only 60 days! Really!!!!) . Don't buy from them! "

"I am extremely satisfied with the courteous and prompt service I receive from BuyDig. I ordered an item on 1/24 late afternoon and after an employee checked it was in stock, it was shipped immediately and my daughter received it the next day!!
The employee, knowing I was concerned the item would not be received by a certain day, called me to reasure me that it was on its way. Amazing customer service."

"I purchased a new Samsung UN60D7000 TV from buy dig along with the 3D bundle and a soundbar. The items were sent out at different times to expedite the shipping process. All items arrived in a timely manner. I had all parts of the order within a week or so as promised. All of the items were in excellent new condition upon arrival. This company is great. I would order from them again and I have referred others to the site."

"DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!
I saw the rating and thought, 7 not to bad and decided to buy. Boy was that the wrong choice. The item was shipped properly and was received.
The problems started before I actually received the item. A few days after I purchased the product the price dropped. I had not even received the item yet. I tried to contact customer service to find they close at 2pm on Friday. OK, a bit early but fine. Then they are closed on Saturday also but open on Sunday. The item arrived in the mean time later on Friday. When I called on Sunday I was told there was no one present that could address the problem of a price change. So I called on Monday. Amazingly the price went up while I was on hold for them. The average hold time by the way was usually 10-20 minutes (this is based on about a dozen calls).
The person I spoke with informed me nothing could be done since they do not price match. And I should have just refused the package at delivery. They didn't care that I was trying to save them all the shipping charges of shipping this item back and then shipping me another one at the lower price. They did not care.
A few more days went by and the price dropped again. We are now talking almost $100 dollars difference, not pennies. Called again and was told the manufacturer is changing the price this regularly. They have nothing to do with it. Mind you, all other retailers are maintaining the price through this period.
Finally after 4 calls and two managers I am allowed to return the item and purchase the same item again. But have to pay shipping they say. Which is not what the first manager stated about their return policy. Finally the item is returned with them covering shipping as they originally stated. The new item arrives and a return confirmation from BuyDig is received.
Now the real problems start since they do not refund my money. After one month and about 8 phone calls and countless promises of it is done I finally receive the refund money.
So to sum it all up. If you happen to receive an item and do not need any customer support then go for it, but if you need customer support then good luck. This company does not have any customer support.
Also- be careful about BeachCamera as well since these two companies are sister companies and share the same customer support. Several times when calling BuyDig the phone was answers BeachCamera."

I just wanted to tell you I was very impressed with your service. I found BuyDig by searching for the Kodak PlayFull. (Amazon didn't have enough stock), though I was afraid your company was unreliable, or a scam, since I had never heard of it and there was no clear indication that the item was in stock. I took the risk, since you had the cheapest price and free 7-9 day shipping. And I was blown away when I received the order within 36 hours of placing the order!!!

I will tell my friends about your excellent service and return as a customer myself.

"Buydig is a GREAT company! Not only are they the cheapest out there but their customer service is AMAZING! I would recommend them to anyone that is in the market for a tv or any other electronics they sell."
