"Personally I had a great experience with BestBuyPlasma.com. In short I got a Great TV at a AWESOME price with 18month same as cash financing!!!! My TV was shipped about 4 days from the order date via Watkins delievery. I ordered regular deleivery so one guy showed up and he was very courteous. We both got it in the house and he waited patiently and helped me unpack and turn it on to make sure that everything was funtioning. He didn't even want to take a tip that offered him afterward. I noticed the "tip" indicator on the box was perfect even though the box itself had some dings. But this doesn't really matter because they pack in 3 different boxes before it's shipped. So the interior box was perfect. I have to say a big thanx to Steve(sales), Jamie(customer Service) and Mike(in financing) for a great experience. If you ask honestly and not rudely about inventory they will tell you the truth that they are a 3rd party reseller (as stated on their website)and are subject to their distributors stock... so they told me two weeks, I actually got it much earlier in 7 days."

"Purchasing my HDTV was very easy and the prices were reasonable. The product was shipped on the day they promised and the product arrived in excellent condition. My only gripe was that the tracking number was incorrect and I couldn't reach a customer service person regarding this issue."
I bought a Bello AVSC-2517MC stand for my DLP television. This is a bulky, heavy (120 lb) item that had to be shipped by truck freight. BBP's price was hundreds cheaper than other stores, and their shipping rate was reasonable - I spent a total of $490, more than $100 less than I found anywhere else.
I received my order 5 days after I placed it. BBP had good communications throughout, and the truck freight company was professional, friendly, and quick.
My sole criticism is that BBP's server did not create a user account for me, although I am fairly sure I took all the necessary steps, so I could not check order status while my order was enroute. I consider this a minor hiccup, and will definitely patronize BBP again when I need a product they sell."

Before purchasing from BBP, I came here to read reviews about the company, and if you are reading this review, you must be doing the same. I have to admit that I was a little leery of purchasing from them after reading the reviews posted here. I had called other companies and they did have my item in stock to be able to receive for the Super Bowl, so I decided to go ahead and give them a try.
Wednesday, January 25th, 2006… I placed the order on the phone only because the website did not provide availability of the item (minor glitch). I called and asked them if this item was indeed in stock, he put me on hold and came back and stated that it was. I confirmed with him to be absolutely sure, that I wanted it by the Super Bowl and did not want to receive an email 3 days later stating that it was on back order. He confirmed that it was in stock and that I should receive the item 5-7 days from the order date. I placed the order and only told them to use Regular Ground on the shipping which was $79.95 for a 63 lb package. He did try and sell me the extended warranty, when I asked them if they were an authorized Sony Distributor. He stated that they were, then I said then it has the Sony 5 year warranty, correct? He verified and said yes, that was a good warranty from Sony. So I did not get the extended warranty.
About 10 minutes later I received my confirmation email and later that afternoon I received an email stating
“We are pleased to inform you that your order has been approved for shipment. Listed below are the items from your order ######## that have been sent to our warehouse for packing and shipping…. Orders are shipped out from over 20 different Distribution Centers across the US depending on product availability.
THE SHIPPER'S TRACKING NUMBER AND INFORMATION FOR THIS SHIPMENT WILL BE EMAILED TO YOU WITHIN 5-7 BUSINESS DAYS.”
The last line I did not like too much, since I was told that I should receive the item by that time, not just receive a tracking number. It also gave instructions on how to go to the website and track it via your account. I too had the same problem as cappyvito, that it did not create an account for me to track it online.
Saturday, January 28th, 2006… I was taking apart my entertainment system to accommodate this monster of a receiver that should arrive sometime this coming week and the doorbell rings and it is FedEx, suhweeet!!! I have a very heavy package for you. I was ecstatic!
So, almost to the hour, 36 hours later, I received my receiver, which is not only very fast, but in time to hook it up and use it for Super Bowl weekend.
I can honestly say that my experience with BBP was wonderful and I will use them again!
UPDATE Wednesday, February 15, 2006 Received an email from BestBuyPlasma... It was the Confirmation email that they stated I would receive in 3-5 days from time of shipment. As you can see above, I received my stuff on January 28th..."

"First I was somewhat hesitant about buying from this merchant; however, I did see at another web site that they actually have a physical store.
1/11/2006 received order confirmation. No call backs or hard sell. 1/12/2006 received shipment notification. 1/12/2006 arrived at fedex 1/17/2006 fedex lost it (stolen) I called best buy plasma, the person who answered was concerned, polite, and compansionate he stated that I need to call fedex have them run a trace on it and then let him know the results of the trace and if they can't find it he will send me out a replacement.
I called fedex and ordered a trace about 2 days later I got the result. I then told Best Buy Plasma the results and they stated they would send me out another one.
1/20/2006 received order confirmation 1/23/2006 received shipment notitifation; however, package was not actually given to fedex until 1/25/2006.
1/28/2006 package delivered.
I definitely would purchase from bestbuyplasma again."

"I had no problems with BestBuyPlasma. It took 4 days before my TV actually left the warehouse, but they shipped it 2nd-Day DHL, which was nice. It arrived today in excellent condition. I liked the email they sent asking to call for address confirmation. The representative was courteous. He tried to sell me a cable, but was easily warded off when I explained how I planned my setup. There was no pressure."
