"Dealing with Roman from Clarity Technologies is a real pleasure! Although his company advertises on the AVS Forum, of which he's a member, he's not the type of person to push his wares onto people. He's very personable and easy to talk to. You can ask him anything and he'll give you a straight and honest answer. If you send him a private message or e-mail, he is prompt to reply to you.

I was in the market for a new Pioneer PRO-111FD Kuro Elite and his company was one of a few that carries them. Normally you have to negotiate with a local A/V dealer who carries the Pioneer Elite line if you want to purchase something like the PRO-111FD. I had tried that, but those dealers all wanted MSRP or close to it. When I talked to Roman, he told me his selling price and I was floored! It was SO MUCH LESS than the other guys! On top of that, I didn't have to pay tax or shipping charges! I ordered on the spot with him that night (it happened to be my birthday) and I received a tracking number the next day. The shipping was a little slow, but the television arrived in perfect condition. The delivery guy even stuck around to let me inspect it before he went on his way. I also learned that my television doesn't have a stuck/dead pixel and the buzzing it emits is almost negligible.

I'm very happy I ordered through Roman and Clarity Technologies. Roman gives you excellent service and unbeatable prices. I'm looking forward to doing business with him in the future.

"I found BuyBestPlasma on google searching for the model of the Television I wanted. I called and the phone was answered promptly by a knowledgeable sales person who quickly and accurately took my order and sent me a confirmation via e-mail and even gave me a follow-up call to make sure that I had gotten my confirmation. The television was shipped the next day at which point I received an e-mail and a phone call regarding the tracking information. I was extremely pleased with the one on one service and level of professionalism. I received the television yesterday just as promised. In summary, excellent service, great products and great prices... I will be using them for all my future purchases for televisions/video components. I would give them 10/10."

"If you're looking for a pleasant and professional experience when purchasing a big ticket item like a plasma TV, Clarity Technologies is THE place to do business. Roman's personal touch puts the buyer in control by having any questions or concerns addressed before the sale. Clarity is also an authorized retailer with the lowest price around…it’s a no brainer! "My experience with Ramon and BuyBestPlasma was very good, actually, it was perfect. Great price, questions answered promptly, equipment (Pioneer 6010FD) delivered one day earlier than Ramon promised, and the display was perfect when delivered. The delivery dude helped me bring the display in and coax it out of the box. Don't hesitate to order from Ramon.

By the way, I directly asked Ramon what I could do for him after my experience. I asked him where I could post a positive review. He didn't request that I do this in the slightest."

"WORST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE: Store run a bunch of crooks, liars and hooligans. BE WARNED. Never buy from these people. I ordered my $4000 TV from them and they kept me in the air for two weeks. Every time I called requesting shipping, they gave me a different lie. I finally, cancelled the order. If you want to keep your sanity, do not deal with these crooks. "

"The transaction was smooth. The guidance from Roman was straight up & factual and there was no pressure of any kind.

Received the Pioneer Elite A/V receiver & I-pod dock quickly and with absolutely no glitches.

I am waiting for the new Pioneer Elite Blue-ray models to come out in the summer and Clarity/Buybestplazma will be the first call I make. Oh yeah, the Elite 60" is on the list too...it will come from them as well. "

"First I was somewhat hesitant about buying from this merchant; however, I did see at another web site that they actually have a physical store.

1/11/2006 received order confirmation. No call backs or hard sell.
1/12/2006 received shipment notification.
1/12/2006 arrived at fedex
1/17/2006 fedex lost it (stolen)
I called best buy plasma, the person who answered was concerned, polite, and compansionate he stated that I need to call fedex have them run a trace on it and then let him know the results of the trace and if they can't find it he will send me out a replacement.

I called fedex and ordered a trace about 2 days later I got the result. I then told Best Buy Plasma the results and they stated they would send me out another one.

1/20/2006 received order confirmation
1/23/2006 received shipment notitifation; however, package was not actually given to fedex until 1/25/2006.

1/28/2006 package delivered.

I definitely would purchase from bestbuyplasma again."
