I do apologize for everything and if you look at my history for years it has been amazing until paypal came along. We are back now and better than ever! Thank you for understanding!!”

On 2\/18 I ordered a TV from their web site and received a receipt number. Their web site said I should expect delivery within 10 days.<br><br>On 2\/22 I called BBD to get more delivery information. No answer to my call, so I had to leave a message. Roman called me back soon after and said that I should get more info the following day, and that the tv will be delivered on schedule.<br><br>I called back two days later, 2\/22 and had to leave another message. Roman called me back and said that Paypal had not released my funds to him yet and that I should contact Paypal to see what was going on. I did just that. Paypal told me that my funds were available for BBD the day after I placed my order. Since I was still on the phone with Paypal, I filed a claim against BBD in order to retieve my money. 10 days later, I received my refund from Paypal.<br><br>Paypal saved the day!<br><br>I wonder when Roman is going to change the name of his company again. I also wonder why he no longer actively monitors the feedback on this site. I ordered a large screen plasma from him, and he told me he had it in stock and it would ship immediately. I then emailed him and he didn\u0027t reply. <br><br>This is when I noticed several negative reviews below starting to appear. I quickly realized that I too had become another one of his victims. He obviously lied to me and didn\u0027t have the plasma in stock. I sent him yet another email and told him to cancel the order and refund my money back to PayPal. He didn\u0027t bother to even respond to this email.<br><br>Here is where it gets funny: Four days later, Roman finally emailed me back and wanted to know if I still wanted the plasma, and if I did, he would send me another invoice! What an idiot! I received plenty of friendly emails telling me things were progressing and that my TV would ship from Reno. When it did not 1 1\/2 weeks later, I was told that PayPal had a hold on his account. PayPal partially confirmed part of the issue. The order was canceled and I was refunded. Roman told me he would be able to ship my TV yesterday (3\/5\/12) If I ordered it via a different payment method. He told me the money was released on Friday, 3\/2 and that it would absolutely ship on 3\/5, I should be getting a call from the shipper to schedule delivery. Even yesterday, 3\/5, I was told everything was fine. Today, 3\/6 I am told that once again the money has not been released (I guess he lied on Friday) and that he could not ship the TV as promised. I have once again canceled the order and will look for a new company to buy from. <br><br>I would avoid this company like the plague. Roman is absolutely dishonest. He has no problem making promises that he has no intention on fulfilling to get you to place your order. I get the impression that he is using sales as a temporary free loan to float his company. Take an order, access the funds, stretch the customer along for 15+ days, and then refund the money. You get a free 15 day loan for the cash.<br><br>***Update***<br><br>I just received a threatening phone call from Roman.
