Another very happy customer. I found Roman on AVSForums; I have been a member there for a very long time and Roman has contributed a lot to the community as a whole. I always like to keep business in the family if at all possible.  
The transaction itself went very smoothly, we conducted the credit card transaction over the phone after working out the details via email.  
The only thing that gave me pause and I don't really fault Roman for this was the delivery process. I had already read the guidelines for if something wrong occurs (namely panel damage etc). The delivery teams do NOT like to stick around once they put the item in your house. I was offered what is known as threshold delivery service; perhaps I should have inquired about white glove delivery. At any rate, I made sure I took pictures of the box (very large box) from all angles, and I checked it for external damage. There was none visible but since the delivery team would not wait any longer, when I signed for the product, I did note that my signature of acceptance was based solely on the external appearance. I had the unit out of its box and checked for any damage by the end of the day. I kept Roman abreast of the process throughout and he was always extremely responsive.  
This was by far the most expensive product I have ever ordered online, but thanks to Roman, it was a very pleasurable one. I cannot recommend Roman and Clarity Technologies highly enough for potential buyers.

I was looking for a particular 60-inch Pioneer monitor which was difficult to find. I was on the waiting list with another seller, but talked to Roman at BuyBestPlasma just to get information. When he got in a couple of units, he called me and gave me an opportunity to buy one - I know that they are in demand and he could have sold it to someone else. The price was a very fair one, as I know from my research. I placed my order on Monday afternoon and the unit was delivered in perfect condition early Thursday afternoon. Brief background, my expertise is in Research and Development for a large aerospace company. And that means that when I decided to purchase a new TV, a lot of time was spent in my selection process, and that included finding a good reliable company with good technical knowledge of their products.  
My selection was Roman O. at Clarity Technologies, because he provided excellent information and advice.  
I purchased a Pioneer Elite PRO-1150FD in April 2008, and was extremely satisfied with the purchase and delivery arrangements.  
Then, in March 2009, I purchased a Pioneer Elite Signature PRO-101FD. The second time my confidence and respect for Roman and Clarity Technologies was so high, that it only took two phone calls and few simple emails to complete the transaction. Delivery to California was approx one week. Highly Recommended.  

With BuyBestPlasma, you have three things in your favor. First, the ower, Roman, is an active participant on avsforum.com. You can always ask him a question there. Second, the price is unbeatable. He outbid my local A/V supplier by a substantial amount on a Pioneer KURO 60". Third, they ship and deliver the box directly into your house. Other web sites would only deliver to the curb.  
 
I would recommend BuyBestPlasma for anyone who is looking to purchase a flat panel and doesn't want to be hassled with buying extended warranties, accessories, etc. Roman, u da man!

I purchased a Pioneer Elite PRO-151FD from Roman after hearing that Pioneer was going to stop making plasmas. The price was great and service top notch. The shipping was excellent and arrived on time and undamaged. I would order from Clarity again without hesitation. I was able to finance through Buy Best and got the very reasonable 3-year extended warranty on top of the Elite 2-year warranty for extra peace of mind.  
 
Roman was very responsive and a pleasure to work with. There should be nothing stopping you from going with Best Buy Plasma.

I wanted to echo the comments made by many of the other customers... This was an awesome transaction. Roman was quick to answer any questions and gave me great advice. The tv(PRO 151) arrived a day early and it is truly incredible.

I found them through AVSforum, where they are a site sponsor, thus decision making was very easy, as they immediately had my trust (being an authorized dealer, reputable, etc). On top of that they had a great price, and delivery was as described. I am now tempted to buy another TV from them, primarily because the whole transaction only took a couple of minutes and was extremely painless. An easy recomendation from me.

As I read through the previous five postings, I was nodding my head in concurrence to every comment made. Without reading any of the other reviews of BestBuyPlasma (besides the aforementioned five), I can confidentially say that I wholeheartedly agree with their comments as well. Why? Because based on my experience, they can only be positive!  
 
When the time came for me to purchase a plasma, I began my research on AVS. After reading numerous threads in an attempt to decide on a make/model, I had yet to make that decision, however one thing was clear; based on numerous long standing members comments and praises of BestBuyPlasmas prices, and perhaps more importantly their business ethics (specifically naming Roman), I certainly knew who I was going to make the purchase from.

I became aware of Buy Best Plasma from the AVS forum where many members recommended this company.  
 
I ordered a plasma TV from BBP on April 10 and received the unit April 14, two days earlier than I had expected. What a pleasant surprise. The entire process was smooth and professionally handled. The shipper notified me the day before and then called again a half hour before delivery. The product arrived in perfect condition and was inspected by me and the shipper.  
 
This is the second transaction I have had with Buy Best Plasma in the last month and would not hesitate to recommend them to others. I have a few other purchases to make in the short term and this is the place it will happen.

I just received my TV from Roman/BuyBestPlasma/Clarity Technologies. I became aware of him through AVS Forum and when I heard Pioneer was discontinuing their TV business I contacted him for a price. I wasn't really expecting to purchase one, but the price on a PRO-111FD he gave me was just to good to pass up.  
 
My only complaint was the shipping. It took a little longer to get it than I wanted it to, but it was still within the quoted time frame. The main problem was that the box had been pretty beat up during transit. There was not a pallet and the box wasn't even sealed shut like it should have been. This obviously was not Roman's fault as I know that it passed through a few trucking companies on its way here. The TV itself was in great condition with no dead pixels.  
 
Other than that I am extremely satisfied and will definitely be doing business with him again.

I finally took the plunge and purchased an Elite 111FD. I am extremely happy with my purchase, a bit nervous at first since this was one of the biggest purchases I've made via phone. After doing a lot of research and reading AVSForum I settled on purchasing my TV from Roman. He is a great guy, excellent customer service; an art long lost these days. It's good to know there are still good people and companies out there. I will absolutely without a doubt buy from him again.
