I discovered Roman on AVS Forums and saw how active he was in the plasma forums helping and giving advice. Even though there were online vendors a little cheaper in price, I decided it was not worth the gamble. I purchased a Pioneer KRP-600m monitor from him and was very satisfied with his prompt responses whenever I had a question. (His email response time was less than five minutes!) An invoice and a tracking number were sent within a few days. <br><br>The day of the delivery, there was a mix up with the delivery day and didn\u0027t receive the TV until 9:00pm (Local shipping distribution center mistake not Roman\u0027s) However, the TV arrived on a pallet and in perfect condition! I highly recommend Roman for any of your online purchases. His price was very competitive (not the absolute lowest, but for a high-end plasma I was willing to spend a bit more to buy from someone with such a solid reputation). He\u0027s been easy and fun to deal with, and full of useful information about the set before, during and after the purchase. He seems to always be there to answer the phone, and responds to emails very quickly. The only quirk was when the truck delivering the set ran late (not under Roman\u0027s control), and Roman seemed more concerned and eager to take care of it than I was! "My husband and I just recieved our 92" Mitsubishi dlp and we love it! It was a little stressful trying to get it, but not on buy best displays part. We don't have any credit cards, paypal, or bank acct, but luckly Roman was so willing to get it done. he was in constant contact, checking on where it was and we really wanted it by the superbowl and he did everything he could and it was here when we wanted it. You can't beat their prices either. I would definately suggest using bbd and if you need any help ask for Roman. Every problem that came up he was right there and took care of it. This was my first major purchase online, and it went as smoothly as it could. I will definatley use bbd for my next television purchase. Thank you to Roman for being so patient with us! If buy best displays had a star system they would get 15 out of 10. They did that good of a job, and we have to thank Roman for that anything that started to come up or questions we had he was there to answer it."
