"It takes a lot to impress me when it comes to customer service. My dealings with Buy4LessTuxedo was a pleasure. I spoke with a woman named Amanda who was helpful in offering suggestions for my sons upcoming prom. Like a lot of parents out there, I am watching my wallet and do not want to spend a fortune on a tuxedo that my son will be wearing for an evening. Amanda guided me to the perfect tuxedo. I loved the style and fabric. The vest set (color was called oasis) was a perfect match to my sons date. Amanda told me it would arrive the upcoming Wednesday. Sure enough, it was there as promised. Thank you very much for the excellent service!"

"I bought a tuxedo package was highly unsatisfied. The tuxedo came with a clip on tie. I am a man, not an 8 year old. The tuxedo did not arrive by the estimated date. Upon further investigation, the tuxedo did not ship until Tuesday by ground when it was estimated to be delivered on Wednesday. I had received an email on the previous Friday that stated my order had been processed. I guess that simply means they got my money. When I called the customer service line, the representative was very unhelpful, and showed no empathy. She even asked why I needed to get my tuxedo tailored, as it already came ready to wear. I guess some people will wear a 34 inseam length on a tux when they are actually a 33."

"I ordered the $124.95 tuxedo package for my son for a prom that he was attending, and was a bit nervous because I wasn't familar with this site and the price seemed too good to be true. The service of this site is beyond fantastic. I ordered the tux on a Thursday afternoon, and right away, got an email from their customer service because I had forgotten to choose a shirt size. I replied with the size, and got a confirmaton of shipment that same day. The tux arrived the following Monday! The quality was better than I expected - bear in mind the price - the jacket was a good weight and was lined, as were the pants. Everything fit PERFECTLY. My son is 6'2" and 130 lbs so he is very, very hard to fit. This was the first suit I've ever found to fit him properly in the leg and waist and the jacket and shirt were also perfect. I can't recommend this site enough! If you're looking for a wedding quality tux, this package is not what you're looking for, but it's perfect for a summer prom or any other light occasion."

"Buying clothing online is always a crapshoot (especially with a horrible name like this place has), but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience of ordering a complete designer tuxedo from buy4lesstuxedo.com. Here are my observations:

1. The website is one of the better organized sites among those selling tuxedos, although that's not saying much. However, it was fairly well-organized, and provided a good range of brands, styles, sizes and options. One of the most appealing is the ability to choose individual sizes for jackets and trousers, thus minimizing necessary tailoring.

2. There's no comparison when it comes to prices online vs. those at retail department or specialty stores (even the so-called discount stores like Joseph E. Banks). The items at this site were far less expensive. Compared to other competing online stores, this one is just slightly more expensive (but worth it - read on).

3. Shipping is not free, but limited to a maximum of $8.95 per shipment, which I think is very reasonable. I ordered on a Friday and received my tux on the following Tuesday. It came in a garment box, complete with appropriate suit hangers and all the expected tags.

4. I ordered three different tuxedos from three different sites, and this was the only site that sent a tux that completely matched the quality of its description. Made in Canada, the tux I receive was perfect, the exact size ordered, and of very obvious, good quality. It was, in my opinion, a bargain.

5. Communication from the site was good but could use some tweaking. Ordering information was easy to retrieve, but no so for the tracking info, which required me to send a separate email. Their response to me email took 24 hours.

In general, I was pleased with buy4lesstuxedo, and I would buy from them again. I recommend it to those not anxious to spend a lot more for a tux of potentially lower quality at the local department store. "

"I first got the tuxedo shirt for a package order. I'm very disappointed with the quality. the whole thing is crumpled and the size is incorrect. while the label says it's 32-33 sleeve, I measured its chest and it's 48 inches! I was planning to bring it during my travel this weekend but the shirt is useless. I am returning it back for refund. I'm still waiting for the tuxedo after ordering it more than a week ago."

"I was a little worried about ordering from this site because I couldn't find any reviews anywhere. I am very glad we decided to order from them. We got the tux we wanted and all accessories. We got a tux, tux shirt, vest, tie and handkerchief for less than half what we would have paid in a local store for just the tux. We bought at night on a saturday and got everything on the following Thursday. Great experience. We won't need it but they have a great return policy and only billed our card when the items shipped. "
