Very soon after I placed my order, I received a phone call to make sure everything was right. I was asked if I wanted to add to my order. Within a couple hours I was notified my order was on its way. That is good service!
The Samsung DualView Digital Camera is a great camera. It is light and very easy to use. The face recognition feature works extremely well. I love the front screen as it makes it much easier to take pictures of yourself as well as timed pictures. This is a great and simple product!

I placed my order online; however, I wanted to make a small change. The inside sale rep was very helpful. He made my order changes as well as let me know about other specials. Everything arrived on the day promise. Overall, it was a good experience - good job.
from the minute we were informed the t.v. was ordered to the minute it arrived at our door, everyone from Butterfly Photo was helpful and curtious. They answered every question, and made sure that the delivery was as smooth as possible. I would definately use Butterfly Photo again to purchase a new T.V. or whatever else I might need. Thank you!

Arrived on time as described. Did not appreciate the marketing calls to confirm address of credit card and trying to sell more products. If there were promos, they should have emailed along with the orders. I understand they want to improve their customer service but. It thing it would be better by using email.
Wonderful experience. Obviously I was leery on the front end because I had never heard of them. Felt better after reading the 1000+ positive reviews at Google Shopping. Purchased a 58" plasma TV (Samsung PN58B650) on a Monday evening--the TV arrived Wednesday morning!! Great price ($1849) and free shipping. Will use them again.

1. Best deal compare to any other online stores (I got my item nearly $150 less, it’s a band new don’t think that it is an old item).
2. I want my camera to deliver within 2 to 3 days because I was buying that during Christmas time and I want to take some snap of Christmas celebration. Therefore I want fast shipping but I didn’t want to pay any extra money for the fast shipping. In other site you may not get this one but in butterflyphoto.com they told me that they will transfer my product in fast shipping and they are not going to charge anything for that and actually they did so and finally I could able to take some photos during Christmas time.
3. They are always reachable quickly though the tool free number and give enough time to clarify any of your time even if you make a decision not to shop from their store. I had very bad experience with some of the other online store.
Going forward this will be my first online store to buy the items which is available here. A great online store to buy camera and camcorder.
Ordered a Bosch Washer and Dryer and had a great experience. I live in NYC so they shipped it directly to my door and was easier & less expensive than any store out there. Great experience overall and would recommend it.

I submitted an order two days ago. Yesterday I received a phone call pressuring me into buying extras, which the sales rep continued to reduce his asking price, saying it was a 'crazy deal'. He claimed a spare battery normally cost $80 through them, but he'd offer it for $40. Their site says $35. He claimed a 3-year warranty was $200 and offered it for $40, when the normal price on their site is $60. I'm skeptical that warranty is even valid on the camera I bought, due to the price range covered. Very deceitful and I will not do business with them again.
***UPDATE: 1/21/10 - I received my camera very quickly. However, the camera I ordered (D5000 w/ 18-55mm DX VR lens) came in a box from a 2-lens kit for the same camera. It's apparent they purchased the 2-lens kits to strip them of the 55-200mm lens and resell it for more profit. Very deceitful to advertise the 1-lens kit and sell a stripped version of 2-lens kit.

I have never had a WORSE experience shopping online. I was so excited to see the Canon PowerShot SD78 GOLD available at BUTTERFLYPHOTOS. However, I received neither an email nor the camera after a week.After waiting patiently for the camera for 10days I contacted the customer service only to find out that they did NOT even have the camera in stock. 2 weeks had passed when the customer service confirmed that the camera will be shipped in 24-48 hours. After waiting for almost a MONTH, I NEVER RECEIVED the camera. I was treated disrespectfully by the customer service who hung up on me and canceled my order without my consent. The experienced nothing but stress, anxiety and bitter feelings from entrusting this company. If you want your camera, I highly advice you to use another reseller.
They had the best price on the internet for the Samsung 750 TV I wanted, but who are they? I researched and read some mixed reviews but decided to take a chance. As it turns out they are as professional as I could have hoped for. Yes, they did have me call back and tried to sell me additional services. Within a day I had an email to schedule shipment. 2 days later I received a phone call from the shipper asking if they could deliver the tv now (two days early). Heck yeah! They came, plugged the tv in to make sure it worked and left. Most impressed.
